  I hired this company to help move my home. The main issue is that several items were irreparably damaged. I was pressured to sign many standard forms upon them leaving. I also asked what I was signing and they again said theyre just standard forms everyone signs saying the job is completed. They damaged one big item and assured me that I purchased the type of insurance that would cover it in full. Now I find out that claims for damaged items were waived because is one of these standard forms was a release of liability. This company uses some extremely shady business practices, and I would not trust them to handle your move, unless you dont care if things break and like doing business with the type of company that doesnt truly value its customers.

  This was my 3rd time using 2 Men and a Truck and I won't do it again. They broke my bed mattress (and refused to reimburse me, claiming their research showed my bed was already broken), wouldn't follow the room labels on the boxes, sent 2 trucks but didn't fill either leaving me with a full storage shed and half full house I still have to move stuff out of, broke my mom's lamp (which was already at the house), put furniture and boxes all over leaving a muddled mess for me to try to unpack, did not want to move a cabinet into the house, did not wrap and pad the 2 pieces of furniture I asked them to . . . The last 2 moves were better, but never again with this company. It has lead to a very stressful and frustrating move that should have been completed, but a week later I am still moving things out of the old house and storage and into the new place.

  Hello ****,

  We reimbursed you for the lamp immediately and the mattress was not damaged by our movers - it was left as directed by you, leaned up against a wall. The lack of stability in your mattress caused it to sag AFTER the move was completed. We apologise for the boxes being left in the wrong rooms, if you had let us know, we would have sent someone to assist in rectifying. Please let us know if you would like that option now?

  Every time that I call and speak to someone at the office, they are so polite and welcoming. I truly feel that they appreciate my business. If I were to have any moving needs in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company.

  This company is all talk and poor performance! I am a single person moving 2 bedrooms and garage storage items one city over and the 2 guys that came were initially enthusiastic and after looking at everything that I already packed confirmed that the 2 guys could move me within the 3 hour paid window of time.Not only did they go over the 3 hours forcing me to pay several hundred dollars more than originally quoted but also broke several items that were valuable.Apparently they are given a 30minute break where they left and 8 drawer dresser tilted up on its side in the new garage for that whole time breaking the plastic settings the drawer rails for into preventing the drawers from being able to **************** smoothly.Why they left a dresser sit on its side like that and disappear into their truck is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.They told me originally that I could leave the drawers full but then the movers complained that it was too heavy for them and to remove the drawers. Needless to say the $1800 dresser was ruined because once the drawers were removed with the plastic clip pieces broken and the silver rolling ***** all over the ground feom the drawer track, the dresser was being damaged.I even watched one of the movers walk around the corner to get high from my upstairs bedroom window. This is the worst moving experience and poor customer service in any of my moves, and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. You are better off hiring strangers through ********** to move you.

We did reach out for feedback on your move on 12.29.23 but have not heard from you.Regarding the 3 hour minuimum, it is just that, a minimum charge for your move - it is not an estimate or quote.   The post response is not completely accurate, as my name was not even spelled correctly.I have zero interest in dealing with this company ever again. I was told by the guys moving me that with my items, they would not need more than the 3 hour minimum.When they refused to lift my dresser and forced me to stand my ground for over an hour that this company then charged me for on my dime. That force then damaged and broke pieces of my dresser which is what I was trying to avoid. Their manager on the phone praised the two guys on speaker phone while making me feel like I was in the wrong which is the worst customer service I ever experienced. Very poor business promising quality and care when that is only manipulation. Movers beware!
