      My car was rear ended by Aspire Insurance insured person. I filed the claims against that person online and never get a response. Then I called and the adjuster is so rude, they denied trying to pay for the damage. They told me to pursue directly to their insured person. What kind of insurance company is this? They don't pay for any damages by their insured person. Stay away from this company. This is a fraud.

      Your complaint is unclear in that you indicate that you never got a response. But in the next sentence, you indicate that the adjuster is so rude and denied paying for the damages. Based on the information in your complaint, we are unable to identify your specific claim. Please contact us if you have specific questions. It is possible we could provide you some more information about why we handled something in a certain way. For example, if someone who purchased a policy from us was at fault for your damages, we would usually owe you compensation. However, there are situations where we would not pay. For example, if our insured neglected to pay his premium, then the policy would not be in-force and we would be unable to pay you. Sometimes, we may also refer you to pursue your own coverage if it may be more beneficial for you to do so. For example, if our insured purchased $5,000 worth of coverage, but your damages were $12,000, then it would be to your benefit to pursue your own coverage. In that case, it is likely our insured may still be legally responsible for the $12,000 in damages, but that issue could be resolved later to avoid holding up your repairs. We pay claims based on what we legally owe under the law and under our policy contract.

      If there was a Zero Star, I would give it to them. As of today, my claim is 3 months old, can not get the claim rep to call me back, 9 calls to her 4 calls to a manager. Same thing, they will call back.Bad business company. Don't trust anyone who has this insurance....

      Our records indicate that we spoke to you in the morning on 3/14 (the same date you entered this complaint). At that time, we explained that there was a question whether coverage would apply to this loss, and we agreed to reach out to you again next week.As you may know, an insurance policy is a contract between the company and the insured. Each has certain duties under the policy. For example, the insured has a duty to cooperate with the investigation. In this case, our insured has not cooperated sufficiently to allow us to determine whether there is coverage for this loss. Our two options are to continue attempting to gain our insureds cooperation, or to deny coverage. We do apologize for the frustration this has caused you. We will advise you once we are able to bring this matter to a conclusion.
