I have a paid premium streaming subscription for TFC that I am charged for automatically every month in the amount of $12.99 to my credit card. Now for the month of March(2023) I was charged twice for my premium subscription. One charge for $12.99(premium subscription) and another for $4.99(standard subscription). I was charged twice without my approval. When I try to use my streaming service at a premium level I am unable to view any shows on any of my devices. When I tried calling the company they said my issue was no longer a technical issue and they cannot help me via phone but only via email on their website. The associate I was speaking to(via phone named ******) also suggested that I request a refund for the service since I was being charged twice for the service. Now when I tried emailing regarding my concerns the specialist via email just copied and pasted the trouble shooting tips and tricks from their website as a response to my concern without any explanation and continued to state if I have any more concerns feel free to reach out again by going on the website and sending an email there. I just wanted to get refunded for a service that doesnt work plus I was charged twice without my approval and since the customer service specialists via phone and email cant seem to help me I decided to file this complaint. I know the amount isnt that large but I just dont want this company to continue to do this to other peoples hard earned money. I would resolve this with the company but they are no longer corresponding with my emails regardless of how many times I follow up. I will also be disputing these charges with my credit card company. At this point I no longer know what to do since the company is not trying to help with my concerns regarding my account. Please help.
