      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with *****, regarding Order Number UA2402042147053356S001, placed on February 4th. Despite my anticipation and the intended use of the items for my vacation, the situation has left me extremely disappointed and inconvenienced.On February 15th, the tracking information updated in the ***** app indicated that my package was returned to the sender due to an "insufficient address." This update was both surprising and confusing, as my address details were accurately provided at the time of purchase. It is also pertinent to mention that there have consistently been people present at my residence, contrary to the claim made by the shipping company that there was no one available to receive the package. Furthermore, there was no attempt made by the delivery personnel to contact me directly before deciding to return the package.Upon contacting the customer service for assistance, I was advised to resolve the issue with the local post office myself. I find this response unsatisfactory and unhelpful, especially considering that I am currently outside the *** and unable to manage any issues related to the parcel's delivery in person. The resolution offered does not align with the expectations customers have for support and service in situations where they are clearly not at fault.Given the circumstances, where the delay and miscommunication have resulted in the items no longer being needed, as my vacation has already commenced, I am requesting a full refund for my order. The inability to receive the ordered items in a timely manner, coupled with the inadequate response from the customer service, has caused significant inconvenience.I hope ***** values its customers and their satisfaction and will address this matter promptly by processing a full refund to my original payment method. Please consider this letter as a formal complaint and a request for immediate resolution.

      I order some clothing from ZAFUL in may 2023. I was told there were free returns should I not be satisfied. I tried to set up a return and ZAFUL would not provide the return information Finally they let me know if I paid the return shipping they would reimburse me for shipping I sent the items back and paid for shipping in September The items have been returned, and the returned tracking number is ********************** They refuse to refund me for the items and the shipping I want a full refund This is theft

      I placed an order with this company on June 12th, 2023. I manually entered my mailing and billing address as *******************************************************************. My package never arrived. Their system kept my billing address but reverted to an old shipping address that they had previously shipped to in years prior. When I reached out to customer service they stated the package was in fact shipped to an old shipping address. Ive inquired numerous times with customer service how they reverted to the old address and I am continuously advised they would never do such a thing and they do not take accountability that there was a glitch in their system. Its been so long since *** lived at that old address I wouldnt even remember it to enter it as a shipping address. I have tried to work with them on this mishap by tracking the package down with **** (case # ********) to no avail. The package was lost. I have tried to dispute this charge with my payment processor but ***** advised my bank I provided the old address so I was denied my claim. When I reopened a case with Zaful their customer service **** ******** had asked me to check with my payment processor because she saw the dispute. I provided her with the letter where my bank sided with *****. The rep advised she would go back to find where they kept the charge but instead has come back seven times now to tell me again I provided a wrong address. I have asked for a phone call to help alleviate any confusion and I am denied customer service. I have asked again and again if they see the charge they kept and I cant get a straight answer. I seem to be stuck in a vicious loop with Zaful and have never had issues with them previously.

      I placed an order with Zaful.com on February 16th, in the amount of $60.67. The item was shipped to the incorrect address, I supplied the correct address and the seller even confirmed via their customer service representative that the address was correct. The order confirmation email indicates the wrong address, so the items were NOT delivered to my address, as supplied correctly and confirmed by the company. They have done NOTHING rectify the matter, as I only asked to have the items reshipped to the correct address, and they will not.This company is unprofessional, inattentive and should be ashamed of such awful business practices. I am now out of $60 hard earned dollars, as the package was delivered somewhere other then my home. I will never do business here again, ever.

      Purchased a duplicate order and immediately notified them to cancel the order and get a refund. When the orders arrived, clothing was extremely poor quality and not at all as pictured. Tried multiple times to return as did the other complainants here. Zaful's customer service is run by a bot, so you never get a person managing the problem. The system is desgined to give you the run-around. Though they claim to do returns in 30 days, there is no way to conduct a return as they do not provide a return address nor return code for processing.       Zaful did not send me the tracking information for my package so that I could retrieve it from the post office. It took me asking them several times to actually get the real tracking number. By that time the package was returned to them. They say they now don't have it and won't do anything about it. I believe they should fulfill this by sending me the tracking number WHEN it ships so that customers can follow it. As they didn't do this I request they reship order ****************** and provide the tracking number upon shipping or refund the amount paid.

      Purchased February 4 2022. I received a phone call from a woman saying she could not deliver my package because I was not home. She then tried to get me to pick up the package from her house which I found to be a very strange request. My boyfriend and I then drove around the ghetto of our city for hours trying to find this womans house. I am unsatisfied and request a refund for my time or at least the cost of my shipping. I tried to reach out to sprint star (delivery comp) and had no luck, their phone number is not even on their website. I also reached out to ZAFUL (where I purchased my package) with little to no response. Very disappointed. My purchase was $70 Shipping $20 Gas/ time $20

      Zaful has twice asked me to pay for an order I did not create. The name of the person supposedly trying to order something is *************************. This is a possible scan. They do not make it possible to resolve issues with their company easily. I either have to pay for long distance charges to ******, to call them, sign up with their company website, thereby giving them my personal information, or signing up with ******** messenger which is another security risk. My name is ********* not ****. UA2202041534148493 is the supposed order number. They have done this twice. This company is a scam.

      I ordered a shirt on Black Friday 2021. I never received the shirt and two weeks ago A customer service representative set me an email asking how do I like the product and I told her I did not receive the product. They sent me a fake tracking number and said the package was delivered in *******. I did not live in ******* nor was the information provided a ******* address. They claim the error was on the shipping company. After I confirm with them that I do not live in ******* they said they would follow up and reach back out and never did. I had to email them myself I was told by **** that the package was destroyed all of a sudden. The package being destroyed contradicts their fake tracking number that said it was delivered. The customer service representative **** then says they cannot offer refunds because the shipping company got it wrong. This website is a scam and I caution all do not use this website.

      I ordered a outfit last September 2020, it was never delivered. Ive called customer service 4 times now to resolve the issue or give me my money back. They have not resolved my issue and have just been giving me a run around
