I purchased 6 items bundle. Paid $73.04 for the 6 items. Received only 2 incorrect items, one of which was stained. I was scammed by the seller. I need my refund. It is not fair for me to pay so much money and receive some 2 items I didnt even order!Business Response

The date sold September 20, 2023. I sold a beachwaver on Poshmark site. It was in perfect condition. The buyer tried to say it was broke and bad condition it was not. The tried to use excuse you could not sell used hair tools. The site is full of used hair tools. I feel the buyer changed mind or broke my hair tool and then complained. I am rejecting this response because: The statement is untrue. I checked several buyer sites with hair style tools. They said barely used, only used once etc. This is an extremely deceptive policy. It seems to me the buyer had buyers remorse and made up a story about my item. When it is returned damaged . I will put the pictures here. I am no longer going going to use Poshmark and will explain their deceptive policy to others.

I received my item back like it was new. There many communications from agents at Poshmark that state as long as item is in great condition it can be sold. I found the communications on reddit. The buyer j7st didn't want the item. I have already sold said item in perfect condition elsewhere. Yesterday, 9/23/2023, I listed two items for sale on Poshmark's app. *hey are both high end luxury items by ******* and Co. One of them is a necklace from the * Smile Pendant collection in sterling silver and the other is the Heart *ag double strand bracelet in sterling silver. Both are authentic items.Earlier today, I received and email from Poshmark accusing me of having listed replica items. However, the items I listed are NO* replicas. I would have gladly worked with them to have my items authenticated had the asked or even given me the chance. Instead, they accused me of listing fakes, deleted my listings, and threatened to delete my account.Furthermore, one of the listings (the necklace) had an offer on it for $150. However, before I could accept it, Poshmark deleted my listings after wrongfully accusing me of having listed fake items and cost me a sale.Attached, you will find screenshots of the emails Poshmark sent me with their accusations and threats. Hi,I am the seller in Poshmark, I sold a pair of brand new Chanel Sunglasses on September 16 night, and shipped it on Sept 17. The package were delivered on Sept 21 afternoon.Order number is 65068a4493db238a6ab0c98a Today Sept 24, the buyer opened a case and is trying to return a used different pair of sunglasses. The one I sold is the sunglasses with black glasses, but the one she wants to return is sunglasses with brown glasses and scratches and sunscreen. I am disabled and cannot wear glasses, I ordered this Chanel sunglasses using my FSA account, because I scheduled a surgery and I wish I could wear it after recovery. I am rejecting this response becausehi, I received the returned package from this fraudulent buyer. Even I highlighted the buyer was using a different sunglasses to open a return case , Poshmark still approved it. I know I would not get my Chanel sunglasses back, so I took a video from the mailman delivered the package to I opened the door to I go back find a knife to open the packagethe whole process.
it is still a big surprise to me! It is a shock!!!!
there is a bag of blue powder! I am so scared! Drugs or poisonings. So I reported to Poshmark return and asked for my refund which the Chanel sunglasses I sold at $150.
Also, when I bring the package to police office -I found a note sayingDeath under the bag.
this is the worst experience I have ever had!!! This is crime!
what I need is first-Poshmark need to release my money to me immediately , as my Chanel sunglasses which cost $600 is gone; second, pls investigate this fraudulent buyer I will post the police report once I have it!

I posted shoes for sell on Poshmark, accepted an offer for them and mailed the merchandise to the buyer 9/9/23. On 9/12/23 had received the merchandise and submitted for a refund. Alleging the merchandise was not authentic. Instead of it going through an elaborate process for Poshmark to approve the refund, I reached out to the buyer and Poshmark directly to approve the return, as I knew the product was authentic, and I was not going to engage in a dispute with the buyer or Poshmark regarding authentic merchandise. On 9/13/23 Poshmark and the buyer approved my return of merchandise. As a point of reference, Poshmark holds all funds for purchases for up to 48 or 72 hours after the merchandise is received by the buyer. As of 9/15/23 the buyer had not mailed the merchandise to be returned, nor were my funds released. I reached out to Poshmark support and was loosely advised that if the merchandise had not been mailed "soon" by the buyer, my payment would be released. On 9/16/23 I received an email from ******* in support services saying my funds would be released by 9/19/23 if tracking from the buyer had not been submitted. Neither has happened. The merchandise has not been returned with validated tracking, nor have my funds been released. On 9/19/23 I reached out to Poshmark support multiple times via email and the app. I keep getting pushed off to use the app for support, yet when I am attempting to submit my concern I get an error, the error message is attached.At this point I am requesting someone from Poshmark reach out to me directly, not via written correspondence, and tell me specifically when payment for my items will be released or what specifically needs to happen to have the merchandise returned to me. This is an item I paid for and I am not in agreement with Poshmark retaining the money from my sell, when I am 99% positive they received their fee for the sell.On 9/16/23 I received an email from ******* in support services saying my funds would be released by 9/19/23 if tracking from the buyer had not been submitted. A customer ordered accidentally and destroyed my product to force a return which was accepted. When I got them back they had gouged up multiple parts of the boots. I appealed and was denined saying that they couldn't determine the original condition even though my photos showed none of that damage. This is completely unacceptable and fraud.
