****! Let me tell you, this vet only euthanizes animals. If you want your pet to live take them anywhere but here. I checked into the vet on 9/13/25 @ 0010 hours. At first everything was going good, my dog was attacked by a Husky and ripped his neck open and had several puncture wounds in the head. The first vet to assist met me in the lobby with my dog and I explained exactly what happened. She had me assist her with putting the muzzle on him and she recommended putting the leash behind his front legs like a harness so that the rope wouldnt dig into his neck. That was a great ********* forward 4 hours, and its now 4am in the morning. Still NO quote, NO pain meds, and NO antibiotics. And Im getting concerned. Typically if you complain someone will come see you which they did. Upon seeing the quote, we found several double charges and some unnecessary line items. At this point they advised us its going to be another 2-4 hours unit he gets the ********** wife and I were DONE at this point. An absolute waste of time all while my dog has a 2 inch gash on his neck. So we decided to decline all services and asked for our dog.THIS IS THE BEST PART!!!! While standing behind the double doors waiting for our dog to come out you can hear him yelping, and when the doors opened he saw us and ran towards us when the Doctors Assistant pulled him by the ******* This took me over the edge and beyond upset. I had witnessed pure EVIL. I snatched the leash out of her hand and took it off of him. I picked him up. And with a smug demonic look on her face said have a better day. NEVER GO HERE, believe me Im saving you the heartache of having to deal with heartlessness of inhumanity.
