    9-9-25 i checked into this Sparks by Hilton because my car broke down and i had it towed to *************** on the same street at 3am. i paid ****** on **** and 300 cash deposit. when checking out i was told i soiled a towel and they had to keep my deposit, when i protested they said oh just 50, i said call the mgr. the mgr was already on phone. i explained that my car broke down, it was leaking gas n that made me sick.i threw up, cleaned it up and soaked the towel.they said its not vomit its f**** we have to get rid of.i asked are u a chemist? the front desk lady nor mgr would give their names n told me to get out.i phoned 9-11 immediately about this THEFT.i called Hilton and *****************also, the city fire **** has no record of this hotel getting rid of rags with f**** as hazardous waste. this is also a calosha violation i am calling them too. they also said if make up is on them then we charge, that sounds like discrimination against women and where is their policy for this.this is just another reason to discriminate and enrich themselves.
