    Dear Better Business Bureau Representative,
    We are writing to formally report a dishonest and non-compliant customer who has failed to uphold her obligations under our service agreement.
    The customer has been in possession of one of our storage containers since June 10, 2025, and has repeatedly refused to make the required payments despite multiple reminders and opportunities to resolve the matter. The container remains on her property, fully loaded with her belongings, effectively being held without payment.

    Please see live pictures of container locked 11/12 on her Driveway driver went to show you it on her address see proof. 

    We urgently need our container back clean and unlocked we refuse to provide service to her verbal abuse all her call are recorded if you need more proof that she is lying and holding our container hostage

    We have made numerous attempts to collect the past-due balance, including phone calls and written communication. Instead of cooperating, the customer has engaged in repeated harassment, including abusive language via text messages and phone calls, all of which are documented and recorded.
    Our company has acted professionally and in good faith throughout this process, providing ample time and communication for resolution. Unfortunately, the customer has not demonstrated the same honesty or willingness to fulfill her obligations.
    We are requesting that this record be noted with the BBB, as this individual continues to possess our property (the storage container) and has not made any payment since the original delivery date.
    We are happy to provide documentationincluding invoices, communication records, and delivery confirmationupon request.
