    Purchased and received two pairs of sock slippers on December 16 to give as a Christmas present. Items were too small so they were returned and paid for by me for $23.00 return shipping via **** Items show received by dock on January 2nd. Despite multiple attempts to call, email, etc. nobody has refunded my order, given me store credit or even contacted me. The first email correspondence is attached with the return shipping tracking information.

    I placed an order (order #*******) for slippers from Fuzzy Babba around 11/17/24. I received an email that the order shipped on 11/18/24 (Tracking ************). I never received the order. I reached out by phone 5-6 times and each time I was either told that the lines were busy and to call back the next day or that I needed to leave a message. I left three messages. No reply. I also sent emails (11/27, 11/28, 12/2, and 12/6). Each email received a reply within a week or so saying that the package had shipped and was on its way. The order did not arrive in time for my 12/11/24 travel. I have still not received this order, or any response form the company. I would like my money back and an apology.

    I place an order (Order #*******) on November 18. I received a notice that the order had been shipped, but every time I would track the order, the results said a label had been created, but nothing had been sent yet. I reached out to the company via chat and email on 11/27 and received a reply a day later that the order had been sent and just "missed some scans" and would arrive shortly. I would receive the order in 8-10 business days. It is now business day 12 and the tracking still says it has not been shipped and I have not received the order. I have reached out three times via email and three times via phone. I have received no response from the email or from the voice mail that I left, and I was thrown off all three calls - once it just said no one could take my call (at 2pm on a Monday) and twice because "no one could take my call right now" (during listed normal business hours). I am leaving for a trip soon and need these items before I leave. I can not get any response from the company and I am beyond frustrated. Please help.
