    I applied for *** for with this company over 1 year ago. And the person that I spoke with was I believe fictitious he went by the name of ******* ***. He's so fictitious I did a background check and no numbers no addresses no nothing came up on him. Every time I call to speak with him or to get a call back He had from one of the senior officers I get the same response that they are an answering service And someone will get back to me shortly And no one calls me back this has been going on At least six weeks now. My thoughts are they are filing for benefits for these companies such as my own and keeping all the returns. I plan on firing with the state attorney also.

    ******* and her team lived up to the name of their company. I was patient with the process because I was told up front it would take many months. When the tax refunds came through, it was all as planned. Plus, the service was friendly and they answered all questions in a timely manner.
