To who it may concern,I am disputing February 29th for $34.00 March 1st $30.01 April 1st $200 May 1st $200 I went in for a facial which I had a gift certificate and left the tip in cash so I am not sure what these charges are for for February and March. I did authorize and pay for 2 facials for March 1st, which I received the receipt for and was told by the merchant I had the entire year to use those two facials asI am pregnant and would have to wait until months later which we both agreeed I could.Merchant has my signature for waiver and liability form. Also a recurring payment authorization form which I did not fill out, sign, or authorize for recurring payments. I only agreed to $200 which was charged March 1st. I have receipt and is the only receipt I ever received from merchant. I was not aware merchant was charging me recurring monthly payment for April and May. The only reason I knew she was charging my card every month was because on June 1st she called demanding a new card was needed as the one I had on file, was expired. I was threatened if I did not give a new credit card by end of day, I would be sent to collections. To my confusion, I checked my statements and noticed the charges for April and May which I never agreed to. In the recurring authorization payment form you can clearly see merchant filled out and signed. I ********************* only signed the waiver form for the services I received that same day. Recurring form is not authorized by me. I am currently disputing this with my credit card company. Please see my email for the only receipt I ever received for March 1st $200. I have not received any services however as I was told I had entire year for the March charge. I did not receive services for March, April or May. Respectfully, please look over all documents attached and recurring form that was not signed by me. I would additionally like original $200 for march back for the stress. In total, would like $664.01 refunded.

I have made several attempts to submit my response through the BBB website; however, I am encountering a technical issue where the submission process does not proceed beyond the "Submit" button.
Attached are the response letter and supporting exhibits for your review.
Could you please provide guidance on how to address this issue?
    Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: ******** signed recurring payment authorization form herself and charged me two months without alerting me, sending invoices, or attempting to call to book any sessions until a new card was needed on file. There were never attempts to book any sessions, because there was never an agreement or membership, and because there was no agreement on any membership, ******** signed one herself to cover it. I respectfully ask for this case to be reviewed carefully. I thank you for your time.

Hello, I have not received a refund. My bank did place a temporary credit on my account while the investigation takes place on their side. This is a re-dispute as they re-billed me from last time as they have failed to see the signature on the recurring authorization payment form, I am waiting for them to see that the form was not filled out by me, but filled out and signed by the merchant. As soon as I hear back, I will let the BBB be aware. I thank you for your time

    Hello *******,

I am following up on our previous conversation, during which you mentioned that you would contact me after discussing my case with your supervisor. I have been awaiting your response and would have appreciate an update.

As of July 26th, the bank has resolved the claims made by *********************, which were found to be unfounded. The bank's claims department conducted a thorough review of these allegations after we provided all necessary documentation, and determined that the claims were invalid. This has resulted in a favorable outcome for our business.
Since the bank has resolved the matter and the charges in question were authorized by the consumer, there are no further actions required on our part.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: my bank has failed me as a customer to see the truth. They have stated they have received no proof credit is due but where is the proof that I allowed these transactions to occur? There is no evidence that I authorized besides a filled out paper and signed by the merchant and not by me. They have failed and that is why I reached out to BBB to see the documents for the truth. I ask for you please to review the documents as there is no proof I allowed any of this to happen.
