I took my vehicle in for service on November 12, 2024 at 10am. My jeep started to smell like maple syrup, so i had them check to see what the issue was. They stated there was a leak coming from the radiator and they needed to replace it. I gave the okay to fix. They called me at 3:36pm stating that the vehicle was ready and for me to go pick it up. I picked it up and went home. The next day, as I was driving, I noticed my vehicle's gage was stating that it was overheating. I called Ramona's and took it back to their shop. They told me to leave the vehicle and they would check it out to see why it was overheating. They kept my vehicle from 11/13/2024 to 11/21/2024. They kept saying they couldn't find the problem. They said they had another mechanic come help and found that the thermostat and water pump were the issue. I gave the okay to go ahead and fix it. I also told them to change out spark plugs while they still had my vehicle. On 2/20/25 I took my vehicle back to Ramona's to get an oil change and get 4 new tires. When I picked up my vehicle, the tire pressure was over 33 psi. I spoke to ***** (store manager) and he had his mechanic fix the tire psi issue. As I was driving home, I kept hearing a rattling noise. I pulled over to inspect. I opened the hood and saw that the one of the lids by the engine was not screwed in. It was moving everywhere as I drove. Luckily it didn't fall down on the street. Today 10/8/2025 I took my jeep to a different mechanic for a check up. The mechanic showed me the spark plugs, Ramona's did not change them out. My vehicle is also missing a thermostat. Ramona's didn't fix my vehicle, instead it took out the thermostat so my gage wouldn't notify me if it over heats. My vehicle has been breaking down due to Ramona's negligence. They say they fix things, charge me, but didn't fix it at all! I would like a refund on the 5 year alignment that was purchased since I will no longer take any vehicles to Ramona's.
