    In July, I hired this company through Frontier Moving Solutions to move my belongings from Washington State to Wisconsin in the beginning of August. I paid half the quote up front, and the remaining balance was to be paid half at pick up, and half at drop off. A few days later I received an email stating they have been trying to get a hold of me. I had not received any calls, texts, or other emails. I called the company, and spoke with a second representative. She wanted to go over the items I needed to move. It turned out the original person I spoke with entered in the information incorrectly, which caused my quote to up a considerable amount. I asked about a refund, but she said it was too late. So I had no choice because I needed to move. After the phone call, I looked at my original agreement, and it said that I had three days to cancel and get a refund. The email and phone call happened on the fourth day. When the movers showed up, we went over the list of my items, and was accurate, but now they said it would cost more because it will take more room due to extra items, and big items. I told them there wasn't anything extra, the list they had matched exactly with what I had packed, and that they were aware of the item sizes. They wanted to charge me even more money. I spoke with a third representative, but she was unwilling to help. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get my stuff, it took 14. When the movers arrived, I noticed they weren't the original ones. When they opend the truck, I saw all 27 of my boxes completely smashed, two tv's that were boxed had severely damaged boxes. After asking them what happened to all my stuff, they both just gave me blank stares and acted like they couldn't understand me. I spent my last $5,000 moving, and now I have to find the money to buy 27 more boxes to repack all my belongings. Not to mention unpacking every box to see what's damaged and/or broken.

    I was tricked into paying more money than was quoted because the moving company didn't have enough room on the truck to whole my inventory items and one or two of the workers stole food and ate it leaving the evidence in my bathroom cabinet and bedroom closet.

    They have helped me with move. I was set up with them through Brightside Moving Group. I received everything and I didn’t have to pay any extra or anything. My boxes were pretty smashed.

    I have moved many times across country. These movers are not family. The truck that picked me up had a paper taped on the door with another name on it. The truck that delivered my stuff again was a different moving company. The price went from 1580.00 for a 1 bedroom to 2980. Then when they picked up and half loaded the truck told me new price was 5900. I have called them over 10 times and no one available to assist me. They are always in a meeting or out of the office. DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING OVERCHARGED!!!!!!!!

    Don't use this company, they are a bunch of scammers. We took pictures of every item that was being sent and every Costco storage bin and box with the deminsions. We were quoted a price of 5k. When moving day came, they showed up and wrapped everything and took it outside and sat it all next to the truck. Then the guy comes in and says it's now going to cost 10k because we have more than what they thought, even though they a a picture of every item we had out there. They know they have you by the balls because if you cancel on them, they keep your deposit which was 2k. Plus we had to be out of the house in a couple days so we had no choice but to be screwed over. On top of that, they damaged some of our furniture and lost some as well. Using this company was a total nightmare so beware.

    This company is not a professional company. Some of the company staff was rude when dealing with Master Moving, They were disorganized and the actual movers very careless when handling our property. They also claimed the move was actually more than was calculated and claim they had to raise the price by several thousand dollars. I agreed to a tad lesser price but I still claimed they were overpriced and much more than other bidders. It is difficult to negotiate when movers are already at your home and you expect your property to be moved from Northern California to Southern California and to be there in two days,
    Pick up by he movers was hours later than scheduled and also late on delivery. I could not understand why movers would use a truck twice the size of their cargo to facilitate a move. When i received the invoice, personal property was not itemized, the only thing that stood out was the price for the move. Further, upon receipt of my property, my friend and I had to be involved with the unloading of my things from the truck as I clearly observed, Gal, the foreman, and his workers carelessly handling my property.
    As advice to all who are thinking to use Master Moving, do not use this company. I sincerely regret you will be charged extra and you will regret having used them because they are such a poor organization. This company should be investigated for poor business practices. The should not be in business

    Liars and cheats. This company is absolutely the shadiest company I've ever worked with. They doubled my "worst case scenario" quote the day of the move. I understood that it might increase slightly but somehow the square footage of my storage unit, which is how they quoted me, didn't translate to the same square footage on their truck and they "had to double" my price when it was too late to find an alternative. Then they "lost" well over $1000 of items as well as damaging a ton that they did deliver. I had to call several times for the delivery because it was 2 weeks late from what I discussed with the driver that picked everything up. Each time I was told I would get a call back with an estimate of when it would be delivered and I never got a call back. Then when I called to say things were missing they sent me to a third party claims dept that quoted me a 9% payout ($90 for the $1000 lost) and tried to blame me for "not letting them know and giving them a chance to find my items" when I called to say that was unacceptable. They then put me on hold for over an hour until the "supervisor" was available, only to pick up the call and disconnect it without speaking to me. If you don't want to waste time with legal action to make things right, find another company. Carrying my stuff on horseback across the country would have been a better option.

    I was charged $2,000 over my estimate. They held my stuff ransom so I would pay, they said 425 cu. sq. ft. of items was over 820 cu. sq. ft. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STEP IN AND PROTECT CONSUMERS from these people. I received threatening phone calls from them. I don't wish this moving nightmare on my worst enemy.

    The changed the quote from $4000 to $17000. They did not tell me about the charges per 'cubic foot' until after the truck got to my home. When they started jacking up the prices, I asked them to off load and I was threatened that it would cost more than $10 grand to off load the truck. They stole personal documents, they stole my briefcase with my computer and all my medical files. They stole all my clothes and bedroom furniture and jewelry. They lied to me.
    The original cost was $4000. With what they had loaded, it was $7000. Daniel, the lead on this job, had to call his boss. they dropped the price to $5200, and told me that they had first dibs on my income tax return as soon as it came in.
    At 1224 on Thursday, 2024 03 14, I got a call from one of the women in the office to tell me that I was stupid, that unless I had the money now, they were keeping all my belongings. She threatened to sell my household goods. She was thrilled that they had my computer and personal documents.
    I am scared. One man said one thing, she says another and backed everything with threats.

    This company picked up my items on 2/17/24. On 2/26/24 I received a call that the semi 18-wheeler overturned and all of my items were lost. But thank god the driver didn't die she told me. She refused to give me any more info. I called the next day. The company reiterated that I would be emailed how to file an insurance claim and again no info was given. I called on 2/28 and was told that the email was coming tomorrow. I was told I was given the information I requested. I told them that I was not true. I again asked for the 3rd day Where was the accident, What state was the accident in, and what police department filed a police report. I still do not have any of this information. This was a long-distance move from California to Massachusetts. I have lost everything. I have no clothes, no furniture, no towels, no sheets, and no kitchen utensils to eat or cook, etc. The company Never expressed its concern or extended any sympathy. They were rude, refused over and over to give me information, and also when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he was busy. I will be filing complaints as well as a lawsuit,
