    *** consistently has issues with their website, their app, and their game platform. It consistently, and what has become quite obvious intentionally doesn't record players score. Or it will not provide the possibility of winning a game that they have said in their description of their Fair gameplay is skill-based. Get the games do not provide a possible winning outcome regardless of their skill. They absolutely refuse to reimburse games that have been cut off, games that are obviously fraudulent and predetermined. Their customer service are chatbots even though they claim that you get live customer service. Every time I contact them it's the same pre typed messages. Every time I deposit begin to play, regardless of the amount deposited, there is some sort of issue with the functionality of their game. And nearly 80 to 90% of the games I've played were unwinnable. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and have gotten the same generic pretty typed messages I get on the chat. Every single time there's been an issue with their game malfunctioning they have blamed me. Saying that there was a disconnection on my end. I would like for them to reimburse me for all the fraudulent games.
