    They replaced my old wall heater. Gave me a price verbally and the next day came with the heater. Denied the first quote and added $1,5000 to it in their billing. They absolutely refuse to give me an itemized receipt. I know I was taken advantage of and overcharged, but they won't give me the receipt. A warning to anyone else, who is female and elderly, beware. $4,500 to replace a heater is a scam. New heater fit right where the old one was, no adjustments, etc. They were here, 3 of them for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Why would an honest business refuse to give you an itemized receipt showing how they came to the total bill? It appears that they are also in violation of the law that in California a heater installer is required to provide an itemized receipt if requested. This is part of the General Consumer Protection Law of California. I have been considering legal action.

    Highly recommend Central Coast Heating and Air. No pressure or scare tactics. Price very competitive for my furnace replacement. Installers were right on time and did a great job despite a difficult attic location.. Jason Frost the owner even came buy during the install process. What a difference from a large previous company in SLO that I had used.
