At some point i was enrolled in this titan program that provides credit for school lunch. I was not made aware of this and was never asked to approve or agree to anything. There was never any papers signed, nor even a verbal confirmation that they were going to be opening up a credit account for me in my name that was to be used by a minor that is 14 years old without my authorization nor approval.I would add that im in an active bankruptcy and adding credit accounts to my person is impossible, as I have also frozen my credit at all the credit bureau's. Any collection attempts are not allowed in this circumstance. This account on 2/7/2023 went to negative ****$. This is set by default it seems to warn someone after the balance is at ****+. They put my account into collections, and made threatening calls to my mother and workplace. They warned of impending lawsuits and court appearances, and will not stop calling. I have told them that it is very inconvenient for them to call my phone as it is a work phone number. I advised they send me a paper correspondence so that I could go over the charges that they were claiming.I would like to see the documentation that allows a commercial enterprise to open a credit account for a minor without notice and make collection attempts on a person in an active chapter 13 bankruptcy. I want any and all information on the terms of the credit line and what the repayment terms are officially. I would think there would be more leniency on lines of credit that were credit without the payee's knowledge specifically with the intention of an unauthorized party making charges on it.I would like their fee schedule for failing to make payments on an unauthorized credit line, and how they initially make the victim, i mean payee, aware that they are **** in the red. I want to know if they are making credit inquiries against me and how they got my SSN. I want the harassment to stop and them to stop calling my work.
