Accidently ordered 10 instead of 1 and asked for a refund within 5 min of purchase, however 30 hrs later they shipped it without canceling it and are now saying that they cant because it already shipped.This is intentional, as they have done this many timesBusiness Response

I did not start ********* services on 23 Oct 2023, as stated in your survey text. I first contacted the Company on Christmas day, Dec 25, 2023, as a present for my wife.I was not satisfied with the cleaning and didnt even allow me 24hours to which to fully inspect the cleaning before charging my account and then try to extort additional funds to immediately cancel the contract. Even buying a $50,000 auto, I was given 3 days to determine if Im satisfied with the product or service! I will be contacting my lawyer, FTC, and the BBB today with the intent not only to immediately cancel my contract and return payment taken yesterday before having a chance to determine 1, if I thought the service rendered was worth a full time contract beyond the first cleaning, and 2, was I provided the necessary time to fully inspect and determine if I wanted any further services from a Company that didnt provide what was advertised in the first place, and then attempt to extort additional funds beyond what was provided to cancel the contract. No, Im not going to pay you over $90.00 to forget a contract I had no time to inspect and review for continued services.If you need pictures of the unsatisfactory service feel free to let me know how they can be provided! I purchased 9 Clarifion air purifiers. I tried them in my ** and ** homes. I contacted them during the 30 day trial period and said they didnt work and I wanted to return them.I was given an RMA number and told to put it on the outside of the package. I was also told to include the numbers on the units I was returning which I did. I sent them a picture of the receipt from the ************ I did all of those things They received them on **** 23.When I didnt see any refunds pending I called them. They said that the warehouse said I only returned 6. I packaged them in the same mailer they came in. 6 were in one plastic container and 3 in another and they were taped together in the same mailer I received them in.I keep checking on this and they give me the same answer. The warehouse only received 6. I asked if it was possible that the 3 fell off and they only had the 6. I also asked them to weigh 9 of them with the original mailer and they refuse to do this. They tell me to check with my courier. If the post office removed 3 of them it would be very obvious as the mailer would be damaged when they received it. They refuse to acknowledge that their warehouse made a mistake.I am very frustrated as I have spent WAY too much time on this and have gotten no where.I would urge people not to do business with this company as they are not very reputable and I have seen no refund for even the 6 they say they received. An air purifier typically uses a fan to pull in air and run it through a filter. This can be effective but often requires costly filter replacements or cleaning. Ionizers can be used as an alternative or addition to air purifiers, but they work differently.
Unfortunately, we have no record of you contacting us regarding any issues within your 30 day warranty; therefore, we cannot issue a refund for your order.

On 9/6/23 I was looking at this website & checked paypal for pay in 4. I clicked to return to clarifion. Immediately a order confirmation popped up. I tried to call ********************* them, but they never answered. I received a standard msg. Saying order was already processed and being shipped. While they were closed? They don't answer msg or call back. Then I read the complaints on BBB.Paypal now is sending collection msg for the ******. I have refused the delivery. Now I received a delivery notice that clarifion product is being returned to me. The product is dangerous too as it produces ion. I read that it causes the area around the outlet to become black. As per our records, we have communicated that we cannot under any circumstance issue a refund while a dispute is open. Our records show the dispute is still active. You can contact the bank and close the dispute and then we will immediately refund you. If you choose to wait on the bank, and we are okay with that, then we are obligated to wait on the bank to avoid duplicating refunds.

I canceled this order within minutes of getting a order confirmation that I did not want to order this. I msg said company, several times that night. I got a standard msg saying the order had already been processed & shipped overnight. The business was closed! Many msg later from me. Never a call back. I had to stop payment because I don't have the money. No tracking updates. When delivered I refused the pck. They marked it return to sender. This company then sent it right back. I'm on SSI (disability) & food stamps. I shop @ food banks to eat. I am being bullied by this business.Business Response

Here is the body of the last email our customer service sent to you: "As you know by now, we cannot under any circumstances, based upon our systems, to cancel any order even after 1 minute. However, you have every right to return the product for a full refund. However, it appears you took the route of opening a dispute. We can respect that but we cannot refund you while there is an active dispute. Why? Because if you win the dispute the bank will automatically refund you. If during that time we refunded you, you would receive a double refund.
I do want to make sure you realize we have an A- rating with the BBB. We processing hundreds of thousands of orders. As you know there will always be dissatisfaction for some, but the greater majority love our brand and our products. I'm so very sorry that you do not feel the same way.
I can offer you a full refund for CF537602 at $116.79 but you will have to close the dispute. If you do not, its absolutely okay, we can wait on the bank's decision."Customer Answer

I bought 6 ionizers. Two years ago. Lasted a few months Bought 6 more last fall 2022. 3 Don't work anymore. They replaced 1 . Out of 12 only 5 work. Very expensive to keep replacing. Threw the rest away.....Business Response

I ordered air purifiers from Clarifion on July 1. I have been trying to get an RMA number to return my order for a week. It is impossible to reach a live person at Clarifion. When I call, I press the option for inquiries on existing orders. I'm put on hold for 3 minutes and then I received a message that all reps are busy and I can call back later. I have called five times over the last week. I called one time an selected the option for sales and I actually reached a live person. He told me he couldn't help me and would have a customer service rep call me. No one has called. I've sent numerous emails and only receive an automated responses. I am just requesting help in securing an RMA number and instructions to return my order. I'm sure I will then need help with receiving my refund.Business Response
