      I am submitting this complaint regarding Get fit 24/7, located at ****************, for what I believe to be an unfair and unlawful cancellation of my paid membership.I have been a loyal member of get fit 24/7 in ****** for over five years, consistently maintaining my account in good standing. On or about, my membership was abruptly cancelled without notice or valid explanation. When I contacted the gym for clarification, I was told it was cancelled just ********** the time of cancellation, I had already paid for the current months membership and still had months remaining. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter with the gym, I have not received either reinstatement of my membership or a refund for the unused portion of the dues I paid.I believe this cancellation may have been retaliatory, as I had recently filed a complaint regarding facility conditions. Regardless of the reason, I consider this action to be both unfair and potentially in violation of consumer protection laws, as I am being denied services I paid for.I respectfully request that your office investigate this matter and assist me in obtaining either (1) reinstatement of my membership under the original terms, or (2) a refund for the unused portion of my membership fees.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in ensuring that my consumer rights are protected.

      Bathrooms are beyond disgusting and unhygienic. The smell reeks through the halls. The bathrooms are filled with urine all over the floor and stalls with no caution signs

      *************************** has been harassing and threatening me with a negative credit score on behalf of Get Fit 24/7. I have no contract with Get Fit 24/7; never stepped into the gym. I do not have a contract with ***************************. I am not liable for this debt. I am the victim of predatory identity theft and fraud. Restoration of my credit score and no further contact from Get Fit 24/7 and contracted debt collector *************************** is requested immediately.
