  COMPUTER CRASHED, CANNOT RE-DOWNLOAD 2020 TURBO TAX, TRIED FOR TWO HOURS TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME. I THINK IT IS SIMPLE. BUT EVIDENTLY NOT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I NEED THIS YEAR TO TRY NUMBER 2.. THEY MIGHT TRY HARDER. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS WITH QUICKBOOKS, I HAD TO SWITCH THIS YEAR, MIGHT AS WELL TRY SOMEONE ELSE FOR TAX. NO SERVICE, NO HELP. NO ******** COMPANIES HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THEY USED TO, NEED TO THINK SMALLER IF YOU WANT SERVICE TODAY. IF IT DOES NOT HAVE A CD I AM NEVER BUYING IT AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Quickbooks received a $20,000.00 payment from our customer via a ********************** invoice. The have had my money since Dec 7th and will not deposit into my banking account. Every time I submit documents that they need to release my funds, they require more without even telling me what they need. It has been in a "Review" for over a week now and everytime I call or check they tell me it will be another 2-3 days for the funds to be released. If you have quickbooks turn off your online payment option. This company is a fraud and should not be allowed to do this legally. We are a small business and cannot afford for this kind of money to be held up for weeks. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

  After purchasing a Stand alone software for my desktop computer, Intuit quickbooks has force stopped my account from performing functions within the software unless I pay them more money to upgrade. I purchased a Stand-Alone software to avoid further payments. Now with their internal connections to the software, they have rendered my functions useless unless I pay more money. What a scam! BEWARE!

  Re: 2021 tax returns. All recommended upgrades in assistance were paid for. ** stated a fed tax return of over $6K. Actual return was $0. Phone call to TT agent to inquire about the difference. He stated that TT would be able to discover the nature of the discrepancy for a fee of $1,800 (!?) To add to the problem is that TT agent would not tell me what my estimated taxes for 2022 would be. Wrote a letter to TT about the situation; no response. Resent the letter via certified mail with return address receipt. Still no response. Use at your own risk.

  The level of fraud and corruption that this company is somehow allowed to get away with is truly astounding. My most recent reason for attempting to contact them resulted from them cancelling my subscription which should be valid for another six months. I did not consent to the cancellation. I called and they said it looks like it was a glitch in their system where an incorrect end date was added to my account. The only solution: To pay for a new subscription. I can now not access my business data until I pay the substantially higher annual rate (it has increased from ~$379/year to ~$589/year). So they cancelled my account six months early in order to charge me a higher rate and are holding my data hostage in the meantime. Apparently there is no customer service department or anyone who can help fix their error. The only people you can talk to are salespeople or minor tech support (who also try to sell you on additional products/add-ons you don't need).
