Asking for refund of a deposit made for May 2020 IT trip. I agree. with those who reviewed *******, Planning our trip was easy and affordable. Unfortunately, we were to travel in May to***********. The trip needed to be canceled. As I said to ******* at the time keeping our downpayment was not responsible at this critical time. We are willing to pay for the time taken planning this extraordinary trip but, the hotels keeping our money is not fair or credible. We were offered the ability to keep the reservations for next year. However, I really do not see traveling next May, either. Nothing indicates, to me, that safe travel will commence once again for quite a while. We have paid, as a deposit, ******. And are asking for a refund.Read More

I chose Zicasso because we wanted to be sure that we would havean awesome trip to Peru. Our tour company would be Elite Travel Peru. The trip we planned seemed great. But don't ever use Zicasso or Elite travel. Had to cancel due to coronavirus and lost $1,500 in the process because they would not refund ANY of our deposit even under these circumstances. Will never use them again when many of our friends have received full refunds due to the circumstances.
