Great to hear! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience using Credit Sesame.

I've probably submitted 3 different emails using their help and feedback emails to ask about why they don't have 2FA (2 factor authentication and if they every will. Never got a reply back. they don't take their security seriously and I would never recommend them. Not worth it!

Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. Actually, security of our members personal information is one of our top priorities. Credit Sesame will be rolling out a set of security enhancements to our mobile app that will include 2FA toward the end of July 2020. This will make Credit Sesame one of the few credit monitoring services to offer 2FA to its members and we're pretty excited about it.

Thanks for responding to the review. I would like to adjust my review from 1 to 3 stars, as I feel credit sesame is taking the necessary approach for 2FA, but keep it at 3 stars because they only seem to reply to emails if I submit complaints thru BBB. what if I buy a paid subscription? Will I also need to submit complaints thru BBB to get a reply?

We appreciate you reevaluating your review. We certainly aim to address inquiries from all members in a timely fashion but like many companies we are challenged with a high request volumes. That said, as you might expect, we do prioritize inquiries from our premium members and we do strive for a 24 hour response time during business hours.

I have always appreciated the reporting that CreditSesame gives to me on a timely basis. I only wished they scored the same as credit reporting agencies who use the FICO scoring system. In any event...the service is free and still very helpful.

The service is OK (thus not a 1-star), but they make it impossible to cancel membership. Will not allow you to cancel online stating that they must "verify your identity", but then nobody answers the phone and they do not return messages. This is a SCAM!

Fairly easy to navigate other than being able to easily find actual account listings.

The site is a joke. My credit report is not correct nor is my Transunion credit score. I open a new account with my bank to purchase a credit card. But, they keep on showing me different credit cards saying your approve. How can I be approved for something that I never applied for. Do not trust this site.

Sesame has been okay with me. It's quick and I get alerts whenever someone access my credit etc. And, they are fairly accurate with my credit # rating. No complaints here...

This is a great site to build and monitor your credit.

I am still waiting for credit Sesame to get back to me. I received an alert stating that someone had managed to get into my account and change my email address to their's, and now I couldn't even get it to my own account. I had sent them five separate emails. They don't have a phone number. And I had attached the email and given them my phone number. it's been three days. So what I did was used my other email address like I was opening a new account, answered the questions, and then it said that I have another account, so did I want to change that email address( which was the person that stole my account), to my new email address and I said yes, thereby letting me into my own account again.When I got in I noticed my income was much higher and there was a phone number I did not recognize so I changed everything, and then I terminated my account. And it can't be reopened for a year. But I don't know what information they got out of my account and that really scares me
