They took my money told Me I had to send verification I did the. I have been trying to cancel a subscription for the past week and they keep recommending I cancel in the app which I do but it keeps prompting me the cancellation has to go to support and when I contact support several times to cancel they keep sending me the same information to cancel manually which keeps telling me to contact support. Sesame Cash ATM system has been down since May 31, 2022 and they keep giving us the run-a-round telling us when it will be fixed. I have absolutely no access to my funds because they say an "IT issue is causing problems with the ATMs". This is preventing me from pulling any money out of my account. As a result, several of my other credit card bills are now late and my relationsip with these other banks is now tarnished.I have also tried doing an ACH bank transfer out of Sesame Cash but it keeps reversing and they say to call my bank that I am sending to. I have spoken to several customer care members who have been unprofessional and rude. I am trying to resolve my account issue on a prepaid debit card and have not been successful at all. Credit sesame has fraudulent activity on my account and refuses to clear it out in order to close this account. ****, on 5/******* pm was very unprofessional on the phone and hung the phone call up with out effectively addressing my concerns. I have gotten the run around and no one has been able to help. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and was refused by **** as she would not transfer me to a supervisor. This issue has been going on since 5/19/23. I have given them valuable information to process closure of this account and ************************ has refused to process this information and adjust my account accordingly. I have false charges on the account that ********************** refuses to clear off. This prepaid card had no money on it for any transactions to take place. I believe Credit Sesame is a fraudulent company and I would like to have a actual manager or corporate contact me a soon a possible in reference to this matter on this account. No one seems to know who the managers are or who the supervisors are. This is a serious matter to me and should be handled accordingly. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will make sure to leave several reviews about this matter.Initial Complaint

I have requested for my account to be terminated via the website and app several times without response. They will begin charging fees in June that I dont want to incur since I dont use the account enough. Signed up several years ago for this free account. Now I have received an email indicating they will be charging fees for this account. I have tried 7 times to terminate this account but am unable to reach a person. When you call the number, ***********, you go through the automated system and they send you back to the app and you submit the form and on and on it goes with no resolution.Initial Complaint

A few years ago, I created an online credit monitoring account with **********************. The company also provided a free checking service. They claimed that they would pay customers $1 for every point they raised their credit score. Well, they never paid me ANY money for that. Fine. I stopped using the account. Now, a week ago, they sent out emails telling people whose accounts are inactive that they will be charging them $12 a month beginning June 15 for non-use and not having direct deposit. So as I tried to request to close my account from their menu, it simply takes me to some online form to fill out. The form has NO confirmation that the email was received, nor that the account is closed. A week has gone by, and the account is still up. I resent the form, as well as tried calling them to an toll-free number they once gave me, but it's automated and NO person answers phone calls. I want my account closed immediately and to not be charged fees simply for having an account that they failed to close.Initial Complaint

I try to close Sesame Cash account (checking account) from ********************** because starting on June 15th, 2023; they will charge me $14 monthly fee for that account, and ********************** makes it impossible to close my Sesame Cash account. I opened a support ticket on Credit Sesame support page at *****************************************************************************************. The support person replied back to my ticket and told me to call ************** to close my Sesame Cash account. However, when I called the phone number, and I chose the option to close my Sesame Cash account; the virtual phone assistant tells me to go back to Credit Sesame support page to open a support ticket to close my Sesame Cash account, which I already did. This seems like an endless loop because opening a support ticket will redirect me to calling **************, and calling ************** will redirect me to opening a support ticket. However, I still went back to the Credit Sesame support page again to open another ticket to close my Sesame Cash account; this time, nobody responds back to me. So basically, I will never be able to close my Sesame Cash account because calling ************** to close the account will not reach any representatives, and opening a support ticket to close the account will not get any responses. It seems like this company, Credit Sesame, purposely tries to avoid closing customers' accounts by not responding to phone calls or my support tickets, so they can start charging monthly fees. This is a scammy practice done by Credit Sesame. I have read many reviews online from various websites that Credit Sesame makes it impossible to close Sesame Cash accounts and it seems to be done on purpose by Credit Sesame, so they can collect money on monthly fees from the Sesame Cash account. Please help me and make Credit Sesame close my Sesame Cash account, so I don't get charged a monthly feeInitial Complaint

Credit sesame emailed me with the cell ent approval odds when I applied for the card suggested I was denied and my credit was affected
