      As a licensed mental health provider and small business owner, I was appalled to receive a cold sales pitch from ONEPOINT RCM through my practices client contact ****** area explicitly designated for individuals seeking therapy, often in moments of crisis.Despite a clearly marked disclosure that I do not accept insurance, a representative from this company willfully submitted a solicitation for billing and credentialing services. This behavior reflects a disturbing lack of professional boundaries and basic due diligence.The misuse of clinical infrastructure for marketing purposes is not only disrespectfulit raises serious concerns about the companys judgment, ethics, and understanding of the healthcare space. If their outreach tactics are this careless, I can only imagine the risks posed when handling sensitive client information or navigating payer relations.Providers like me rely on secure systems to communicate with potential clients. Exploiting those systems to bypass gatekeeping isnt cleverits a red flag. It signals poor targeting, desperation, and a fundamental misunderstanding of how trust and professional relationships are built in healthcare.Ive reported this misuse as spam, and I actively share this incident with colleagues as a cautionary tale. I would never trust this company with my business, and I strongly advise others in the healthcare field to steer clear of ONEPOINT RCM.
