      The hutch we ordered had a dented cardboard top, very little wood, mostly injected plastic. Glass has scratches and major imperfections. Lights do not work. Doors dont latch/close.

      On Apr 28, 2022, I purchased order ***** online through AMB Furniture and Design www.ambfurniture.com for: Poundex F8720 3 pc Brixton navy blue gel sectional sofa with consoles. Per the advertised description, the couch set was supposed to be Blue; however, I was shipped a black set. I contacted AMB via phone and email numerous times to get this matter rectified. I also emailed them photos proving that I was shipped a black set, when I purchased the Blue version. AMB blamed the manufacturer, Poundex and AMB wanted me to return the set to Poundex at My expense. I requested that they pay for return s&h and they refused. My remodel budget did not have room to pay several hundred dollars to ship back an entire sectional couch set. Nor should I have had to pay for the return since they AMB/Poundex sent me the complete wrong color. Additionally, the set was only supposed to take 2-6 Weeks for delivery; however, it did not arrive until October. By this time, I purchased other decor items for my Coastal living room remodel, specifically chosen to match the Blue set I purchased. The couch set arrived in black; thus those items did not match the theme at all. Taking 6 Months to arrive, instead of 2-6 weeks, as the purchase agreement stated, I was not able to return any of those items and was out of a few hundred dollars.Per the attached photos, note that both the manufacturer and AMB's websites clearly show a Blue color for the couch set. (AMB at some point after I made the purchased, darkened their site photo; however, you can see at this link, Poundex (mfg) still has the original blue color the couch set was supposed to be: www.poundex.com/shop/F8720. Per the other photo, you can see that what I received was a black set.The total was $2122.42 ($1722.42 and s&h $400.00). I am requesting compensation of $500 to rectify this matter since I did Not receive what I purchased. The delay to file this dispute is due to some health complications as ************* Veteran.

      I purchased a bedroom set on order #***** in November 2022. The ser finally arrived January 2023, but about 90% of the items were damaged. I had contacted the shipping company AND AMB and informed them. AMB stated they were going to file the claim and had to wait to hear back to schedule a technician to come fix the items that could be fixed. In the meantime some other items that they deemed unable to be repaired were reshipped to me. Those items were received and about half of those items had damaged as well. I reached out to AMB and informed them of this as well and they stated they were filing the claim for the technician to come out. I have emailed or called at least once a week and as of 4/17/23 AMB has stopped responding and their last and also previous responses were all they can do is email the company about the claim. I have been waiting months for repairs, and also I did purchase (which I should not have to use as this was I believe done during shipping, but as a mention) a warranty as well with AMB for any damages and they are not honoring the shipping damage repairs nor my purchased warranty and I have damaged furniture to which I was supposed to have brand new furniture. Now I have mostly damaged furniture and AMB is not returning my calls nor emails.

      I bought a torchiere lamp from this company. It was meant to replace one I had that was damaged. I have attached photos of the genuine lamp and the one I received. The lamp I received was clearly a cheap knockoff and the bulb is completely visible. I want to alert others about buying from this company and I want a full refund.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with AMB Furniture started off positive, as their prices were much better for the item I wanted than I had found elsewhere . Initially they were very responsive... until one of my items arrived damaged. I spent a total of $2933.00 for two sideboard tables. One of the tables came damaged, with an obvious crack in the paint/sealant right in the front and center of the table. I reached out immediately and sent photos of the damage. I received an email back stating they would let the manufacturer know and would be in contact with me ASAP. After nearly six weeks and several ignored emails and phone calls I finally reached Lisa on the phone on Monday 10/31. She put me on hold and then informed me that after speaking with Tony, they were willing to give me $100 in credit! ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! She informed me that if I was not happy with this as resolution, I could email Tony, as he is the person who takes care of things of this sort. I emailed Tony and informed him that a $100 credit is not acceptable, seeing as the item arrived to my house damaged. I received a VERY snarky email back from Tony stating "This item is NOT DAMAGED, there is a hair in the paint." It is very clear that there is, in fact a crack and not a hair in the paint but he was insistent to keep arguing with me via email. He also gave me the option of "you can pay to have the item shipped back to be swapped out at our warehouse." Can you imagine what that shipping cost would be?!?! As of the time of this complaint, over six weeks since receiving my item, I have still not received any resolution and I’m stuck with this expensive and damaged item. The "customer service" here (if that is what you even call it...) is inadequate, rude and will not work with you to make their wrongs right. They are crooks who do not care about customer satisfaction.

      We purchased a new sectional couch from AMB Furniture. The furniture is faulty and can not be repaired. AMB has now quit responding to emails and will not refund or replace the faulty furniture.

      I ordered a table and chairs on March 12 and it was delivered on March 31. When it arrived and I unboxed it, I noticed that one of the corners was damaged. I took photos and sent to owner of AMB Furniture the next day. He didn’t respond to me until the following week. He said he would contact the shipping company even though it was not their fault and they could possibly fix the table. I told him I didn’t think it could be repaired, but they could come and look at it. A week went by and I heard nothing so I emailed him again and he said he was in contact with them and these things take time. Another week went by, same thing. This went on until now. I have emailed him numerous times this week and he quit responding. The shipping company told me when I called them that they couldn’t come because they didn’t have a tech in this area. They led me to believe that he hasn’t even been in contact with them. Basically I am getting the run around. He has no intention of making this right.
