    If a negative review could be given--it would be negative 5 stars! Placed an order in Dec 2023, checked on status of order and ship date, received this response: "Shipping is temporarily paused for the Chinese New Year holidays. We expect shipping to resume from Feb 26th!" Still nothing as of April 2024, emailed again and indicating I wanted a refund if not shipped by end of April, received this response: "These plushies are currently shipping out in waves and your order is expected to be shipped by the end of the shipping window - April 30. Once your order is ready to go, well send you a shipping confirmation email along with tracking info" So the site is very misleading, indicates "***** business days shipping times." As the buyer of a plushie I assumed shipping time meant from time of purchase--not so! And that was not evident on their site. Requested a refund, what was refunded was $7.00 on a $29.99 order! Buyer beware! Unless you want to wait a very loooonnnngggg time for an item--don't order from this company.

    Yes. It took forever. BUT customer service was great and kept me updated when I contacted them. When the plushie arrived, it was fantastic quality, true to size, and absolutely worth the wait. 10/10 Would purchase from them again with the knowledge that, even though it took over three months to recieve my product, what I will recieve will be worth it.

    Absolute Joke! I have ordered two plushies November 16th for my daughter and was promised they would be delivered before January. It is now February and nothing has shown. I have written multiple emails to the company who seems to not care at all. I get short responses saying they will get here when they get here and that I should be happy its coming. I understand shipping issues and logistical issues with holidays, but the absolute lack of customer support is mind boggling. The fact that they do not allow reviews on their website shows how shady they are with their business practices.

    Ordered my kid some pins in mid-November for Christmas. I know about the ***** days, but it's still sitting in a port in *****.Emailing customer support and get gaslit saying I should be happy and excited for my order and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

As its traveling by sea, tracking updates can take a few days to refresh.Looking at your order, we can see that it recently arrived at the ********** Port and is now being processed by the Port and US Customs.     Very disappointing, ordered item in November still now January have not received anything have not been notified of any shipping for my product. Asked for refund still waiting. Do not buy worst experience ever buying online.

    I placed a order for 1- 9 inch stuff toy that I was planning on giving to my daughter for ****. I only placed this order because she really wanted it. They said upfront orders will get sent out from Nov. 1- to Nov. 30. I understand how popular the brand is and I am probably not the only 1 ordering this item either but when you go past the shipping dates that were originally mentioned weren't acknowledged I reached out to them 3 times for any updates. Only response I get from them is this bs reassurance that my delivery is on the way. The 3rd time I reached I voiced my opinion of how it's been 4 months and I still haven't received a item I pre ordered on August 13th. Still have order receipt email. They reached out on the 3rd attempt to find out WTF is my order an they got back to me an told me that my order got pushed back to late January. They should refund money to customers that they didn't acknowledge the first shipping dates cause I have never waited 5 months for a stuffed toy. You would think this stuffed animal was made of diamonds or gold. This company shouldn't be in business if they are going to give customers broken promises. They disappointed my daughter cuz she couldn't receive her stuffed toy on Xmas an I'm disappointed that I had to order this in late summer an I still haven't received this F'N toy.

    I'm not sure what to think of this company. All the companies I have ever ordered from only charge you when they actually send the product. This company thinks it's ok to charge you and hey maybe in a few months we will send your product. Try reaching out to customer service? No response. My son will be disappointed this Christmas especially when they were preordered and misleading that they would be sent when released. The release has done past and now the "ship date" is anywhere from March -June. Horrible customer service and bad business management.

    I placed an order on September 6th 2023 and it is November 27th 2023 and I have yet to receive the product. They are liars! They said the item would be in stock at the end of September and then ship by mid October and then they changed that date to mid November and all you get is apologies but no product. I will never shop here again and will continue to tell everyone how horrible this company is. If you lie on your site and do a switch and bait and change a date and still there's no product, you are a worthless company. This is why there's drawings only on their site. I am doubtful the products even exists. You should be ashamed of yourself. You took my money and prosper off me and others and we don't have our products. Then you flood these sites with fake reviews. Trash. And don't respond with lies. The proof is in all these previous reviews. Give me my money back!

    Preordered a Pochita figure back in May for it to be delivered August 26th to September 26th. October rolls around and I notice nothing came of the order, I reach out to them and ask about it. A little over a month of back and forth they told me that I have to wait for the next round of figures to ship, which is in Late March. Although I placed a preorder with them to ensure I got the product by the designated shipping time. It didn't happen. Not to mention I had to hound them to respond and give me updates. "we will look into it." And "let me check with the shipping department" was a majority of the canned responses I have gotten.

    Placed 2 orders with this company in January. Still have not received the items. They keep saying they will ship/ have shipped. One item was a preorder to ship in May. Now they are saying it will ship sometime this month. It is one excuse after the next. Do not buy from this company. Complete waste of money.

As you did not wish to wait for this to occur, we cancelled and refunded this purchase per your request.Regarding your Cuphead puzzle, you initially contacted us to check on this order 3 months ago. As is standard we asked for you confirm your shipping address and placed your order on hold, as often people's address will change and we want to ensure that the order is shipped to the correct location. As we did not receive a response confirming your address until 2 days ago, this order remained on hold throughout the 3 month period.Once you responded and confirmed your address, we investigate the matter with our warehouse and your product was dispatched in a timely manner.
