BBB serves as a place to resolve marketplace issues between businesses and their customers. During the current COVID-19 state of emergency, BBB will focus its efforts on dispute resolution and reviews about transactions and services the business can control. We won’t process or publish complaints or customer reviews about allegations of transmission of the coronavirus from the business or its employees to consumers; about a business’s operating hours during mandated shutdowns; or about lapses in business licenses or delays to permits caused by licensing or permitting offices being closed. My account has been blocked on all IP addresses except for one. I have submitted at least 10 trouble tickets and have tried to get this resolved for almost six months now. Every response I get is a canned response, and they have not once acknowledged the actual issue. It's maddening.

I liked this company in the past. Lately, I felt like I had to file two complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. I hope they have better luck than I had. According to My Points, Planters mixed nuts are not really mixed nuts. Who knew? I stopped doing my shopping through My Points and Swagbucks.

I and my friends have received numerous gift cards from the Swagbucks program for several years. It is free and easy to do. Swagbucks is normally very responsive and ******** ******* will do their best to get back to you about any issues. I am very grateful for the opportunities Swagbucks by Prodege has offered to me. Note: Not all offers are free on the Swagbucks platform, but you can get gift cards for free without paying out any money.

I purchased a product through MyPoint portal and was not credited. I complained and attached all necessary proof of purchase. The response told me to send them all proofs of purchase (which I did). They then told me to wait 30 days. I did this. They then told me to "follow all of the terms and conditions". I asked what they needed and got no further reply. This is the 3rd time I have had similar problems with them and I will no longer purchase anything else through their website. Maybe a lawsuit waiting to happen?

It's been two months now and after repeatedly asking for my check, they still haven't delivered. At this point considering contacting the police in their area for fraud

Unreliable offers. They promise something, you follow the terms of the offer, then when it doesn't post the offer, they will not spend time fixing it for you and will just give you an excuse. Recently they had an offer for Walmart+ that many people did not get credited for - they provided many excuses for why this didn't credit, but the reality is that these were experienced cashback shoppers that got stiffed $100. Avoid Swagbucks whenever possible until they become ********-focused.

I have been a member of Inbox Dollars since August 2019. After a successful cashout in the spring of 2020, I began to have issues with not receiving any surveys. Requests to inbox dollars were responded to with stock answers that a third party was responsible for restricting my access to surveys and there was nothing they can do. I continued with the other activities in the app making $.01 cent at a time or never being credited for participating in their other activities like signing up for emails and playing casino games. My surveys were reinstated at some point, but I took a break, only confirming paid emails for progress on the activity bar. I started up again with doing more activities once the task list was released. Again, doing enough to get to the $.05 cent bonus which usually included visiting coupons, playing a game, daily search, attempting a survey and completing a survey. I would attempt a survey until I could complete one, then I would move on. I can't remember a day I completed more than one survey. This does not include those surveys that took 15+minutes of my time only to tell me I did not qualify. I racked up 14 days of consistent "minimum earnings" to result in another bonus. Then one day, I found my account deactivated. No email or warning informing me of this. At the time of deactivation I had almost $68 in my account. The only response I got from Inbox Dollars indicated "after careful review" there were time inconsistencies and concerns about the surveys i completed. I requested more information and specifics from their careful review, and all I got was a stock response that indicated "after further review, they have "confirmed their decision". I only use my mobile phone to access the website (the app is for **** so I stopped using it) and I am always thoughtful and truthful in the few surveys I complete. After coming across several people who were deactivated around the same time as I was, and are just as confused, I believe this company is dishonest and deactivates accounts randomly to steal people's money. The time it takes to make $1 is not worth it. Stay away.

Inbox Dollars is such a SCAM! I had accumulated almost enough (within a few cents) of being able to cash out and my account is deactivated. I ask on their facebook page why my account was deactivated and am told that my post would be deleted because they do not want my comment to be seen by their sponsors because it could hurt their reputation and revenue, but that I am welcome to post positive comments about their company and as always their company is 100% transparent (yeah the chat person actually said that lmbo!). I submit a ticket to find out why my account was deactivated and was told that they had a problem with the times I logged on and off of my account and that I would not be getting my account or points back and no amount of reviewing would get it back (their words not mine). I have heard so many people say that as soon as you go to cash out on Inbox Dollars they deactivate you...this is so true! Don't waste your time with this company...they will steal your time and points and then tell you too bad too sad. Inbox Dollars is a SCAM and a JOKE...use it at your own risk. Companies like this make me want to vomit!
