      Business forgets to send invoices, fails to send statements then plays catch up with late invoice and demands immediate payment. Changes (pre-established in writing) payment terms and conditions, hold customers products as ******.

      I am sorry your office staff lost our invoices, but we notified your office of overdue invoices multiple times and emailed copies to your office. This problem was ongoing for over 6 months, and we warned your payable department our terms are net 30. We were told by your office manager that you change the date of our invoice to when it is approved and entered in your computer. I informed the office manager that you can not change our invoice date or our terms when we opened your account. Since your company changed the terms and paid according to your altered due date I canceled your net 30 terms with our company.  You were put on COD and we required all invoices to be paid in full before releasing any orders. If you would have kept your account paid according to the terms you signed and agreed upon I would not have canceled your net 30 terms with our company.

       I am rejecting this response because: they have misrepresented the facts. Their office failed to send out invoices timely and demanded payment immediately not net 30. Held our product as ****** until they received payment for all invoices including the product being held. They refused to send out monthly statements for our office to verify account balances.
