******** did an outstanding job resolving my IRS tax bill. My tax liability was reduced by 99.1%! ***** *** is extremely knowledgeable about taxes and also well-versed in working with the ****** both of which are vital to a successful outcome. Because of my complicated tax situation (and interest accruing every day), I had a lot of anxiety and wanted to understand (micromanage) every step of the process. ***** discussed his strategy with me and ensured that we were in agreement. But then I had to trust that ***** knew what he was doing, step back, and accept that the achieving a successful solution was not going to be quick. I'm very pleased with the services of ******** and highly recommend them.

***** (AND ******!) AT ACE PLUS TAX RESOLUTION ARE A HUGE PART OF THE SUCCESS OF OUR BUSINESSES, WE CAN'T IMAGINE TRYING TO NAVIGATE DEALING WITH EDD, FTB, AND THE *** WITHOUT THEM! WE TRIED TACKLING TAXES F***T YEAR IN BUSINESS ON OUR OWN, AND FAILED MISERABLY, SO WHEN WE FINALLY CAME TO *****, IT WAS A RESCUE MISSION, A TOTAL DUMPSTER FIRE, AND ***** (AND ******!) When we came to Ace Plus, our small business had been hit extremely hard by the Covid restrictions in CA. The *** had sent a final Intent to **** and was just about to put us into collections on a $70,000 tax bill, which we could no longer afford to pay. Ace Plus was able to suspend collections before they began, saving us money while they helped us create an Offer in Compromise. Although this was indeed a complicated process with lots of moving parts, ***** helped us organize our finances, communicate an accurate view of our hardship to the ***, and help us creates better habits for our business accounting in order to remain in good standing. ***** helped us through this stressful time and ultimately got our tax debt settled for $180! Even with the fees paid to Ace Plus, the savings are huge and a huge weight off our shoulders. We are truly grateful to ***** and his team for helping us to this victory.Ace Plus Tax Resolution

I appreciate *****' rapid resolution of the messy situation with the very speedy execution of the action plan. All were resolved within 2 weeks from the first inquiry call to the IRS approval letter. It would have saved me several months of heartburn if I had done it without help.
I also appreciate that early on, ***** let me know he had high confidence about resolving my case. So I was able to benefit from his experience before receiving IRS approval. He removed almost $300K in penalties and interest! He surely knows what he's doing with the IRS.Ace Plus Tax Resolution

I've been working with ***** ***, CPA for about 20 years. Both my business and personal tax needs have been taken care of wonderfully. His team has solved many tax problems.
I'm confident they'll get me favorable tax solutions if I ever run into any tax issues. They offer reliable and trustworthy service in the most professional manner.
PROS: The fee is excellent for the quality of services rendered.
-All information is shared in detail and in a timely fashion.
-Expertise with both state and federal tax laws and strategies.
