  AVOID THIS COMPANY! Bought a 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery. Within minutes of unpackaging and assembly the + s**** (also very flimsy) snapped clean off! I looked inside and it was a crappy yellow metal painted like normal on the outside. Very difficult to request a refund as online customer service pointed us to email and could not do anything over the phone. Also the company is very suspicious, multiple addresses and unable to find Chinese address listed on Canadian website to list a review. Bad product, bad service, AVOID!

  I ordered 4 ea 12 volt 100 AH batteries from them for my electric golf cart after contacting to make sure they would work for a golf cart. Of course, the answer was, yes they will work. worked OK for a couple of days until I stepped on the acceleration pedal fast at a stop light. All batteries went completely dead. This happened twice before I tried to contact Eco Worthy. They have a 30 day money back, no questions asked policy. This is how that seems to work.If you have a problem, you contact them, they will never call you back until the 30 day policy period is over. I called, left several messages and got nothing in return. After I left a nasty review, they did finally return my E-mail. Asked questions, had me do some battery tests ect.. until I just got tired of it.This batteries are NOT rated for golf carts and whatever you do, DO NOT do business with them.

  I have a 12 volt/ 1100 watt solar/wind turbine system. Their were no instructions (AT ALL)on how to assemble the system and what the peraminators setting for the controller are. All the controller does is flash. Unable to change any of the settings. ******************* What customer service) No one calls back after leaving messages (17 times) You can not talk to a real person. No one seems to want to help. Now I think the controller may be malfunctioning. The product seems like well made. Well with Eco- Worthy that's another story. Thank you *****

  I really dont even want to give them one star. I ordered on 11/20/23 and as of today 12/26/23 I still hav not received my order. My first phone call was on 12/11 where I was instructed to leave my name and number and someone would contact me, which they didnt. I have called a dozen times since then having to do the same thing. ***** HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. I have also left complain message on their website which has not been replied to. They have my money and have completely ignored me. They have no customer service whatsoever, as I can tell. I would stay away from this company.

  We bought batteries and a solar panel from them. The solar panel arrived shattered. They keep saying they are sending a replacement, even sent me a tracking number...the label has been created, but has not shipped:(

  I purchased two 195 watt solar panels from this company. However the panels that I received were not the correct dimensions as Ecoworthy advertised, so they would not fit my roof rack. I contacted Will in customer service. After a number of back-and- forth emails explaining that his web info was not accurate, he offered me $20 off to settle. I again explained that these panels would not be usable and that I wanted them to either send me the advertised size panels or refund my money. He offer me $40 off. After more weeks of back and forth I offered to keep these panels (which I had no use for) if they would send me the correct size panels for a discounted price. Will was happy to do it. But sure enough when the new panels arrived they were the same wrong size! Will now tells me all of their panels are this size and he made a mistake. Of course now he has ghosted me and I am out $560 for four panels I cant use. AVOID this company.

  Bought a solar generator in Oct 2021 with 3 year guarantee and it failed right after 1 year. This was an expensive 1KW system and i contacted the company via email chat and phone and i was told someone would get back and yet NOTHING. Avoid this company at all costs.

  I purchased a 48V 50AH (Order #*****) battery from them for $800. I received the battery, and it worked great for 8 months or so. It then started to have issues with one of the cells, so I contacted their support. Initially they told me the cells were aged and nothing else was done. I contacted them again about the issue, and was asked to ship the battery back to be tested. The battery was sent and verified to be defective by their technicians. They have reached out to their headquarters in ***** for a replacement and have yet to see anything come through regarding my issue. It has been almost 2 months, and now I am out $800 as well as the battery I paid for. Legitimately a con, if I could leave zero starts I would.

  Ordered a solar tracker. It came short parts. I called the customer service number, goes to voice mail. Never says it's Eco Worthy. There is no on line customer service. I don't see this ending well.

  Had problems with their system, finally reached ***** on phone he talked like I needed controller and would mail to me since my system was brand new. ***** later nothing after numerous calls I reached ****** who said he would get part to me. I've had system 3 months still nothing. They talk good on phone but it's just lip service.
