Placed order, website said same day delivery. no product comes.. call cmpany.. they have order but dont know delivery. told me basically they know nothing They try calling to shipper. Their phone is disconnected. Called them again ...pretty clear scam told me not to contact them again.Business response

Originally placed a flower arrangement order on 27 FEB 2024 with a delivery date of 3 MAR 2024. I was emailed to contact via email or phone. I am in the Army and currently serving overseas. I chose the email option due to be stationed overseas and a noticeable time difference. My emails were not addressed. Each time I was given a generic automated answer with the same instructions to email or call. I emailed each time only to receive the same generic responses. My order was a birthday present and it is now well past due. Finally, I directly called the company. It was clear the representative was not prepared and was receiving instructions by a superior through whisper. It was so obvious that I asked the representative to put her superior on the phone. I was hung up on at that point. I called the company back. I explained that I was disconnected by the previous representative. The new representative offered to call the company and ask the status of the floral delivery. I agreed. I was hung up on again by the company. I called back and I was disconnected even faster by the company. The last time I called back a man answers the phone and he was clearly at odds. He was aggressive with me and was not concerned with having a conversation. By his tone, I can believe he was the supervisor for each previous representative I spoke to. He has zero customer service initiatives and solely an intent to get the customer off the phone by assuming no professional responsibility. This company advertises and makes proclamations to customer service. They do not meet that end. As a serving member of ***************** military we have limitations on how we may recognize our loved ones holidays while stationed overseas. Flowers.com takes advantage of stalling the customer to achieve their own ends. Their service is reprehensible. Their business practice is unethical. This is the type of occurrence that changes the will of the people to trust businesses to do right by people.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:it is clear the business did not look into the specifics of the situation at all. The issue is with the companys customer service. The customer service was unprepared, unwilling to assist, and finally combative. The company should not profit from a purchase when so many failures on behalf of the business were revealed.

My husband ordered two dozen roses for me for Valentine's *** on February 14, 2024. The flowers were not delivered as of February 17, so I called the company to request a refund. They first offered 5% discount and then 10% discount. I said I wanted a refund since they said they would be delivered the next day and they were to be delivered to my office which is closed on weekends and on President's *** the following Monday. After being put on hold twice and conferring with the manager I was promised a refund. It is March 5 and the refund has yet to be issued. I emailed on February 27 to say I had not received a refund and they said the credit was already processed and would take 1-4 days. I called back on March 5 when the refund had still not shown. They suggested I contact my bank to see where the funds were. I told them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and she said she would have her manager contact me. Tuesday February 6,2024 I placed an order to just flowers.com to deliver flowers to my mother on behalf of my father for Valentines Day. I placed an order for product #**** all roses to be delivered to my mothers job. I received confirmation on Friday February 9th. February 14th my mother sends a photo of her flowers to me and the flowers are 100% not what I ordered. There were actually no roses and the bouquet was wilted. After contacting manager *****, the requested I send numerous photos and insisted it was the temperature of the room that made the flowers **** and that the florist reserves the right to change the order. I was not notified of the change. When I brought up a *************** ***** insisted I could only receive $15 dollars back on an order of $133.56. I was not happy with that seeing how I did NOT get what I paid for in the least. After a short time and not accepting $15, ***** offered $40 as a final offer. I am still not happy with this. I received an email on the morning of Valentines Day (2/14/24) for this company stating 2 hours left for guaranteed Valentines Day delivery. I placed an order for a small arrangement for my mother paying well over what they cost due to the Valentines Day delivery. They were not delivered on Valentines Day. I called the next day (2/15/24) and they stated they would be delivered this day. They were still not delivered. I called again on Friday (2/16/24) and they stated would be delivered today and would not connect me to manager to cancel. Said a manager would call me back and they never called. The flowers were not delivered until Saturday 2/17/24. This is unacceptable based on the guaranteed delivery and amount paid.Order number *******Business response

Date of transaction: 12 February, 2024. Paid: 100 dollars, plus for a ***************************** The company promised delivery for 6 consecutive days. They Did Not Deliver. They have not tried to solve the problem. I was told to call: ************, option 3 for a refund. The person who answered said l dont have a way to cancel the order I then Demanded a refund after six days of non delivery. I informed them l was reporting them to the BBB. After this, l received a call from: ************. I missed the call. I tried calling back three times. The phone would not ring either of the 3 times. I placed an order online on 2/7/24 for 2/14/24 delivery date here in *************). I received a call from their billing to confirm order and payment. No delivery on 2/14 I received a text and email saying it would be delivered 2/15. It wasn't and I received another message saying it would be delivered 2/16 and it wasn't. They are only taking sales calls. If you select to check on order or previous orders it tells you to go online. I requested to cancel order online and no reply. Better Business Bureau:I can confirm they refunded my purchase. But there was never any communication from the company on why they could not deliver. I only received generic auto reply via email. And calls to them said to go online. There was no option to ever speak with anyone.

Hello,I placed an order online with JustFlowers.com. on Jan 27th for a birthday arrangement to be delivered yesterday Feb 15th. I did not hear from them and flowers were not delivered. I called today and was told delivery would ne made today by 6pm. It is now 610p and i have been on the phone with no resolution or update. They just told me their florist said the delivery was made at 1pm but the two family members in the home ALL DAY stated nothing was delivered. Now I asked for a manager and a refund and was told all managers are busy. I will contact my credit card to let them know I did not get the goods i paid for and hope they can resolveBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:The order was not delivered until after 6pm and it was 24hrs later than order expectation. My sister received it before going out and told me it was received by her after 6pm.
I want nothing further from this company. They lied about delivery time and did not notify me about the delayed delivery until the day it was supposed to be delivered. I would not trust them with another order since they did the same to me for Thanksgiving of 2023...failed to deliver as ordered and didnt even call me.
