On February 12th, 2024 I placed an order on Yeezy supply for 3 items. This totaled to $81. After not receiving any other updates besides an order number I emailed customer service. April 13th I asked for an update on my order and received an automated response stating how busy they were. On April 22nd I received an email stating my order is on its way. After that I never received my order or had any tracking info updated. August 14th I emailed Yeezy supply and asked to cancel my order since Ive received no updates regarding my order. December 1st I received a reply stating my order has been cancelled and Ill receive a refund in 5-7 business days to my form of payment. Its now January 8th and I have yet to receive my order or refund. Not even a response when I emailed about the refund status. I just want my money or order. I bought a Bully Size 1 shirt without knowing the sizing of anything on their site. I emailed them twice about either canceling my order or asking for a replacement but they never responded after over a month. I purchased items from the vendors website (*********) on 04/26/2024 for the amount of $144 (including shipping and taxes). As of 12/10/2024 I have still not received these items. The purchase is Order #yzy-1076267. I have received emails containing a tracking number, updates on order status, and claims of the order being shipped. The response time from this organizations customer service has been more than a month on average for a reply. My biggest issue is that, throughout all the emails attempting a resolution, the initial tracking number that I was provided by the vendor (********************** - ***** has not been updated since May and states the courier is awaiting the package. The vendor has sent an email on 12/10/2024 stating my package was delivered, which it has not been. I cant even throughly verify if the package has been delivered because no updated tracking information has been provided or updated. The initial response to my package inquiry was to check with another courier *********************** along with ***** This has been more of a hassle than I would have originally thought for a simple clothing purchase. I am simply seeking transparency on the actual status of my order and if it will be fulfilled or not along with accurate tracking information with visibility on the items I purchased.Initial Complaint

Order was played on May 4th 2024. Order number YZY-*******. Order has yet to be received. Tracking was sent ********************** however the package was never received by ****. Have sent countless emails to get updates on order. **** told me they never got the package and its on the seller to provide me updates. I have went back and forth with this company then finally they just completely stopped responding back to me. On Nov 23rd they finally responded stating the package was lost. I asked for a refund yet again with no responses. At this point I would just like my $144.45 refunded so I can move on. This to me feelings like a complete scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product on 2/12/2024 which was 6 items total and to the date of writing this 11/01/2024 I have yet to receive my order. I also reached out to them numerous times and after a while the responses ended up not coming back. I email them often, but they have not acknowledged any of them in the last 2 months. I just want to get this resolved.
