    I ordered the Trailblazer Heat Shield Cooling Hat on June 13, 2025. Order number is ******. At the time of purchase, the listing indicated free express shipping (see order confirmation attached), which was one of the key reasons I chose to order this item. To date, I have not received the order. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times (see email correspondence attached), I have yet to receive a clear update or an estimated delivery date. I originally contacted the company on June 24th regarding the order, as I had not yet received the item and the tracking information provided offered little detail other than indicating it was in *****. The team responded noting that the tracking number was not updating as expected and that they would reach out to the shipping courier for a more accurate status. I was asked to reconfirm my shipping address, which I did, and I requested to be updated once further information became available. After not receiving a further update, I reached out again to inquire whether there was an estimated delivery date, given that the order was advertised with express shipping. Their response was that they were sorry for the delay and were working with the courier to address the situation. Subsequently, I again followed up to express my concern emphasizing that I had still not received any clear delivery estimate or status update despite the promise of free express shipping. I explained that given these circumstances, if no delivery date could be provided, I would like to request a refund. The team then informed me that orders generally take 2-4 days to process followed by ***** days in transit and provided a new tracking link. I replied with the core issue remained; the tracking information still indicated that the item was in ***** and 18 days have now passed without any update on a delivery date. As of today, I have yet to receive a clear delivery estimate.

    Ordered from military mental endurance around Jan early Feb 1 night goggles and received 2 and charged for 2 when i had ordered only one .after sending all pertinent info they requested many times I finally received e mail back that it was to be credited back but still has not gone into my account. Have been unable to get a direct phone #.

    I ordered a tactical gear filled stocking from Mental Military Endurance for about $30.00 but when it arrived weeks later, it had none of the gear promised. It was an empty stocking. So immediately I reached out to return it - it was false advertising if this was it. They denied me full refund but offered a pittance for my inconvenience. I demanded a refund firmly, but it has always been refused by them.

    On Dec 10, 2024 I ordered TrailBLAZER pro Night Vision Binoculars, for $99.00, from Military Men tal Endurance. Confirmation #******, tracking #UJ76361916YP. I never received the binoculars. I contacted them and they asked for my phone number so I could speak with someone. Nobody called and they asked for my credit card info and pay $1.00.

    Do not order from this company. It is fraudulent! I ordered an outdoor survival mystery box for $59.99 before tax - box valued at $200.00. I received a tiny 3 x 3 scrap of material and a pill box, neither of which were part of the listed items, and neither of which will aid you in the outdoors. This Seller is supposed to also be an ***************** but items where shipped and packaged from *****. Both items could not have cost more than $5.00 combined. Complete fraud and false advertisement.

    On October 29, 2024 I purchased a ********************* Box" from this supposed ***************** According to the website it was originally being sold for $199.99 but was on sale for $59.99. The box was to include 1 to 3 items ranging from 6-month food supplies, gas masks, walkie talkies, binoculars and other various survival type products. On October 30, 2024 I received notification that my order had shipped - from *****. I was confused why my American products were being shipped from there but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. On November 12, 2024 my order arrived. I was shocked to open my package and find a threadbare piece of material (that is too small to even be considered a scarf) and a tiny case (that might could be used to hold pills, but won't close if you try to use the dividers). All together the 2 items might be worth $5, certainly not the $200 it was supposed to be worth. I have tried contacting this company through their website and through a dispute lodged through ******; however, the only response I have received is different variations of "we are sorry to hear about this." There has been no attempt to rectify the problem.

To this date I have received nothing. I have sent emails to this address if you have any questions *************************************************** email was sent on Sept 18, 2024 with information on the items I had ordered and not received. 1. Order# ****** Shadow XPro Combat Drone 2.0x1 Cost: $79.60 Tracking # UJ656937134YP On Sept 18, 2024 time 10:40 pm I recieved and email from a person by the name of *******.Stating they were sorry and would promptly get in touch with there dispatch team. Please allow them a few days togather the necessary information and will get back to me as soon as possible. Sept. 19, 2024 I sent another email asking why this was taking so long to get my items. I get another email from ******* stating they are still trying to coordinate with the courier,regarding the status of the ************ just getting the run around in ******** on Sept 23, 2024, I sent them a long email about how disappointed I was with there ************* Sept 24, 2024 received another email from same person. Giving me the same run around and advising me my packing will come soon. Are the even a legitimate COMPANY. I think I've been Scammed.They keep emailing me, I guess that just to put me on the hook. After reading all the bad reviews I'm mad at my self for not doing my home work first.I just wanted this all documented for the record.Thank you ***** ******** ********************

    Purchased date *** 18,2024. amount paid $259.95 for 6 unit. The company provided 6 ************ Hidden Camera and GPS Detector. My dispute is I requested a full refund after not being satisfied with the product. To my standard it wasn't good quality. I purchased 6 units because I was going to give them as gift. I attempted to operate one of the units and it didn't response as I expected it to, so it wasn't to my standard and at that point I decided to return all the units and request a full refund. The company states customer satisfaction guaranteed 100%. I feel if I change my mind on a product and I'm within the return time frame policy I should be able to get a full refund. The company requested a video to show that the unit didn't work. I didn't understand how I could show the company the device didn't work to my standard, and I didn't feel their product was good enough to give to other as gifts bottom line. The antenna is not strong and solid. The device don't /didn't make me feel secure nor would I feel comfortable giving it to anyone that I care about. Return information on the website is very limited however it does say satisfaction guaranteed 100%. Not worth the money. My order #****** Tracking #**** 2903 2698 2110 0079 4424 56. I first seem this product on ********* All I'm requesting is a full refund back to my credit card.

    Same as the other complaints.Weeks after ordering and no shipment I reached out asking for a refund, which then prompted the shipment notification.A few more weeks later and a torn bag shows up, containing some small side bags, Christmas stockings and a med kit filled mostly with q tips and safety pins.I was in contact with someone who didn't send to know anything. They then told me that what I got was in line with what I ordered. I requested a full refund, and never heard back.There were no real items of substance or value in any of the packages.

    I ordered a smart watch in November. It took a month for delivery and the day it was supposed to **************** advised it was returned and unable to be delivered. This has occurred 3 times now even after multiple emails to the company. They refuse to refund my money and only cite there will be a redelivery. Order#*****.
