    My package came partially opened and a product was damaged. I emailed them to rectify the situation and was instructed to start a return through the return portal. I am going to return all products as I do not want to do any business with this company as they have given me nothing but issues. It stated I had to pay for return shipping so I emailed them that it was trying to have me pay for shipping and their response was Thanks so much for getting back to us, and Im so sorry for any confusion caused!Since youre located in the ***** you're absolutely eligible for a free return within 30 days of delivery. You should not be required to purchase a return label. After a lot of back and forth over 2 weeks. They told me Just to clarify, as of recently, a $7 return label fee is now applied to all returns initiated through our return portal. Unfortunately, complimentary return labels are no longer offered, even for damaged items. Which is misleading since I was told I should NOT have to pay for return shipping. It also states on their website We completely understand and always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.With this in mind, we proudly offer free returns. They are using bad business practice and also taking forever to respond via email which is just shortening the amount of time I will have to return since they only allow returns within 30 days. They are trying to scam me to keep my money.

    I have ordered an initial order with a product that did not work, was melted. I contacted them and had to do a bunch of pictures and proof it was melted. I do not have time for this. I bought another eyeliner and they sent me a lip gloss. I feel they are playing with me and just taking my money, time.

    I purchased two items from Patrick Ta via the TikTok shop. I did not like the items and followed steps to return them.Patrick Ta Received the return items on February 10, 2025. I have contacted Patrick Ta customer service three times in an effort to receive my refund. I have waited longer than the time indicated by Patrick Ta customer service. The company still has not refunded me for the items that have been in their possession since February 10, 2025.

    On the morning of 2/10/2025, I checked my cell phone, and I had a text message from my bank regarding a fraudulent purchace on my account. After logging into my bank account and reviewing the purchase, I immediately realized that the purchase was not mine. I called my bank's fraud department to have them help resolve the issue. Because I also recieve tracking information from the Route app. I had an alert that showed two (2) packages that were being delivered to addresses that were not mine. I filed a complaint in writing with my bank with the case number, and I sent an email to Patrick TA Beauty *********************************** to have them stop the order. Per the Route app, at 7:15am CST, the order had not shipped. As my email address was also compromised, I recieved an email (timestamped 5:06am) for the purchase and the address where the delivery was going (****/*******, **). There was no tracking information. I also sent an email message (from a different email, which also belongs to me) to the company, as they do not list a phone number on their website. The service bot replied to the eamil to let me know that they could not stop the order, nor could they rescind the payment. I plan to follow up again with my bank again tomorrow.

    I bought palletes and other products on Black Friday my first and last time. I do from this makeup company. I received my items but one of my eyeshadow palette came broken and I reached out immediately. To have another eyeshadow shipped to me. I emailed and messaged them on their chat. It seems that nobody handles either of those help outlets I only got one reply and they had misunderstood my complain and then after I replied back again they never responded. I have now taken it to TikTok and they have lied saying they will contact on email in minutes and never got an email. I just want another brand new pallete thats all! How difficult is that? Its like this company is a scam or something with no phone lines or anything to care to help resolve issues for their customers. Please help me.

    I placed an order with Patrick Ta. An item is missing in the order. I have emailed Patrick Ta customer service. I keep getting an email response to do a return, but I don't have anything to return since the item is missing from the order. I am have emailed Patrick Ta customer service this problem and have not gotten a tesponse. Their is no customer service telephone number listed.

    16 business days later i do not have my order. Shipping information shows the label was created but the item never left the warehouse. Ive tried to contact them multiple ways (email and chat because those are the only ways to contact them) and no response. I'm starting to think there is no customer service department and this company just stole my money.

    I had ordered on Patrick Tas website but I did not receive one item I ordered. This item was expensive. I ordered various items. My main issue is I ordered two of the eyeshadow still at the club. I only received one. I tried contacting them through email (they responded one time and then no longer responded.) Waited on there online chat for more than 2 hours and got no response. I messaged them through TikTok. They answered but then stopped after I gave them my information. I even tried contacting them through Instagram.

    I placed an order on 10/30/2024, order number S275243. The order was delivered Monday November 4th, upon opening the order I noticed shadow within the packing. When the palette was opened one of the shadows was completed broken. I took images of the palette that day to send in an email to ask for a replacement palette. They sent me a link to start the process of the return, while filling out that my credit card information is being asked for prior to providing any sort of QR, return label or instructions on how to return the item for an exchange. I've emailed the contact that I got this information from to ask why my card information is required to get access to be able to ship the item back for an exchange. Since then there have been two additional attempts to contact asking why this step is required with no luck of any response from the company. I've tried to attache the image to this complaint after resizing and still was not able to the image was sent into the company with the original request.

    I ordered two items online. I received only 1 item, and it was incorrect.I have tried contacting live chat every day for the past week. No one answers.I just get an automated message saying "volume is high." The system automatically times out at 5 pm EST. I have also tried emailing several times. No one has responded.I have checked comments on TikTok and apparently this is a normal experience.I expected much better from an established reputable brand/
