    I had financed a motorcycle with them in 2020, and since that time I was injured and could not ride any longer. I put the bike up for sale, I was asking only the pay off amount. I explained to the buyers that I had to pay the loan off with that money and the title would be sent. I called Moto Lease for the pay off amount and mailing address, I had the buyer meet me at the bank, we got a cashiers check made out to Moto Lease, they went with me to ***** when Imailed it out. I paid $30.00 to overnight it *****. The address they gave me was incorrect and it sat somewhere for almost 2 weeks. I located it and had it shipped back to my house and paid again to ship it to the correct address. They received it and said it would be 4-6 weeks to get the title. That was November 4, 2022. It's now January 12, 2023 and still no title, no one there will call me back, the new bike owners are extremely upset with me over this situation. They're stuck, I'm stuck, with no answer from MotoLease. All I want is the title, that's it! I Honored my end of the contract, but they have yet to honor theirs. I was never late on payments and I tried to do right by the new owners. This is completely unacceptable, I would appreciate some help, thank you

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. MotoLease wants to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to all of our valued customers. After a review of the account we noticed that there was a delay in the closure process. The Title will be released and mailed to the address on file. We will continue to work diligently towards closing the account and providing a final statement to the customer. Please notify our office if the Title is not received in the next 14 business day.

    I am a dealer in ***** , ******* I finance my motorcycles with Motolease LLC recently I financed a motorcycle with them before hand i called them personally and asked them what was the time frame to fund me for the motorcycle their answer was ***** days so i continued with the application to finance the motorcycle with them about **************************************************************** for the motorcycle they couldn't even give me an answer their response was that they were backed up and didn't have a date for my refund. I have called about ***** times and they don't answer i have spoken to every department just to hear them say that they don't have an answer i have spoken to supervisors , managers i have emailed them and never get an answer back I have left voice mails and no answer. They owe me $15,800.00 and i cant seem to get an answer. I have heard that they over charge customer and they still don't pay their financers.
