I was looped into a lease which I had no idea being a first time buyer with credit. Then when I go to pay off the amount owed before its due they say i need to fork over another 6k for the title when I already have paid on this bike for 6 years. I was told I could pay it off with no residual if I pay it off before contract end. So i call back to do that and another person tells me nope, Im s*** out of luck. Pay the amount or they will come get my bike. So now I refuse to pay another dollar. I would rather cut the bike into pieces and mail it to their shop. This business seems to prey on the uninformed, that is for sure.Initial Complaint

I have had an account for a 2016 Polaris Slingshot with them for over 2 and a half years that I have been making payments for. For the past 2 months I have been trying to contact them to make my normal payments and not been able to reach them. I can multiple times a day with no success. I have received no correspondence from them pertaining to my account whether it be via email or by mail or phone. I need to figure out what is going on. Do not want to have issues with my credit because of them and they still hold the noteInitial Complaint

I had a lease to own agreement with this company and I paid all of the balance with the last payment being made in August 2024. I have not received the title for the motorcycle as Motolease stated. I have been trying to call and nobody is available to take calls. ****** shows the business as closed. I would like the title to my property. Also, I would appreciate the collection they placed on my credit to be removed.Initial Complaint

I Paid off my motolease lease on August 12, 2024. I spoke with a representative several times, asking about the title process and how long it would take to receive the title in the mail. I was told that it would take approximately 4-6 weeks after their system recognized that the payoff had been established. I was also told from the titling department that I would have my title in the mail on a certain day, but once I spoke with another representative, he stated the title hasn't been sent out yet due to there not being a tracking number entered into the notes pertaining to my account. Over the past few weeks, I have not been able to get in contact with someone via email or by phone. ****** states that the office or business is permanently closed, and I have yet to receive my title.Initial Complaint

We are trying to pay our bike payment for the last two weeks however their site is down, no one is answering their phone. It looks like they filed a Chapter 7. How are you supposed to make your bike payment? We have less than a year to pay left on this bike and now we aren't able to make payments. This will affect my credit report if they aren't going to accept payments.Initial Complaint

Motolease emailed me, telling me they have sold my contract to another company. They then stopped answering my calls and shut down their app so, I can't even view my account. They also, as you can tell by the photo attached, gave me no contact info for the new lease holder. They want me to give my banking info to this bank account, without any other info such as, payoff amount, phone number or the ability to view my account, in general. I refuse to give any info to an unknown source. I have tried calling ************* and every single phone number I find, is disconnected. In order to catch up on and continue my payments, because I want to keep my motorcycle, I need their complete info and my complete info. I was told that by filling this complaint, you can help me do so. I have tried contacting motolease by phone and email numerous times over the past month and no contact has been made and they shut down their app so, I can't even gain access through that. Please help me. We have made 4 years of payments at ****** a month. Last time I viewed my account we had 27 payments left. I contacted the company we the bike from and they have several other clients going through ******** can contact me as well, if you have any questions at ************.Initial Complaint

I have a 5-year lease with MotoLease, spanning from Oct 2019 until Oct 2024. I was under the impression I had 1 remaining payment (which was my typical monthly amount), but then I was notified on 10/3 via e-mail about the contract transferring to a new company called ******************* and that I owed $63.02. Then I got an e-mail from Servicing Solutions on 10/17 that I owed a totally different number of $1,682.21 due within 7-10 days. I had no idea what this payment could be for, so I contacted them and they said its a balloon payment, which I had no knowledge of. They said they have no copy of my contract and only that is the balance remaining if I want to keep my ******* I've been trying to contact MotoLease for days to obtain a copy of my contract, but their website doesn't work, no one will answer phone calls, and the contact form on their website doesn't work either. The new company says they do not have my contract and can only share the amount I owe and i'd have to be in touch with Motolease for that. I don't feel comfortable paying this amount I had no idea about and want to make sure all of the numbers are adding up with what I agreed to. ******************* should provide me with documentation showing the original terms. I was never given a paper version of the lease from MotoLease and was only ever able to access it through the online portal, which no longer works. How am I supposed to access my contract if no one has it? If this new debt collector company can't produce proof that I owe them money with the original contract, and MotoLease isn't answering me, where do I go from here? I want to know how I can access the original documentation and what I need to do to get the title to my motorcycle from the company I signed the lease with, not with a third-party debt collector.Initial Complaint

I financed my Bike through Motolease. I have made every payment, I have never been late. Now the website does not work anymore. I no longer have access to my account and ****** list this Company as permanently closed. I tried calling the number on the website and it always says nobody is available, no matter what time of day I call. The customer service email does not work either. I am in fear that I'm being ripped off and need a response ASAP.Initial Complaint
