    I purchased an air conditioner less than a year ago and now it will not produce cold air. I have called Albee's many times and was promised a call back and no one has yet to call me back. A service call was promised but never delivered. I've filled out a request on their website and no one called me.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to the ***************** and they gave me four approved service centers. I have reached out to all four and only on has returned my calls explaining that they no longer do business with Freidrich.

    I did not purchase the ** unit from Freidrich. I purchased the ** unit from Albees Appliances. 

    This is the second ** unit that I have purchased from Albees that stopped working. 

    I would like Albees to pick up this unit and issue a full refund as I am unable to enjoy any warrenty, and the product I paid for does not function.

    Dear sir,

    This is the case with all home appliances, the warranty is offered by the manufacturer. We refer customers everyday to manufacturers for repair. Our return policy is 5 days as it is printed on your invoice's conditions of sale.  We don't take merchandise back after 5 days. If u have a problem with ********** service referrals  or you want your product replaced you must discuss that with ********** customer service.

    This is the  case with all manufacturers, all product types, and all appliance stores.

    ********* is willing to repair my AC unit under warranty however ********* cannot get Albee's, or their employee ****** to verify the purchase. 

    When Albee's delivered and installed my AC unit they did not provide a paper receipt. I have my credit card receipt. ********* is asking for Albee's to provide a receipt and I can move on from this.

    On February 26 2024 I purchased an GE Profile Combination Double Oven and a GE Warming Drawer from Albee's. I paid $5,000.00 on my **************** card, which includes installation and delivery. I told them I needed delivery as soon as possible as I do not now have an oven.They have given me three separate promised delivery dates and have not delivered on any. ****** says he is always busy and never calls me back. This is horrible service by Albee's.

    The reason the customer was promised a few different delivery dates over time is that, this sale was a special order to manufacturer, and the manufacturer availability of the product  date changed several times.  Currently we have confirmed with manufacturer that the product will be received by us on or around May 15, 2024.  

    We apologize for the frustration that this has caused to our customer, and we would like to assure him that as soon as we receive this special order item from the manufacturer we will deliver it to him.

    I bought a refrigerator here that was sold to me as new. The one delivered was old, used & repainted & otherwise damaged. The black paint on the handles flaked off on my hands & elsewhere & exposed the real original stainless steel finish that was painted black. Numerous other problems ensued. Water running out from under the fridge, water leaking inside the interior drawers & the drawers frozen stuck. This was complete fraud. I thought I was buying a new fridge for about $1,100.00. Turned out to be refurbished, broken down & useless
