      My accident occurred back in March 2023 the entire time communication has been an issue I call downtown law group several times Im either ignored or told I will get a call back. A few days ago my old case manager gave me a call with the wrong information that upset me on top of everything else I have been dealing with I am not happy with downtown law ************************ firms are not suppose to ignore who they represent under any circumstances.

      I am a client on the Juvenile hall lawsuit that just settled for $4billion in April. Its now June and I still have not recieved any update on the case nor have I recieved a call back from ***** my case manager. I have been cqlling everyday and have been told she would call me back it has been a month and I have not recieved a call back not a text a update on my case or anything

      They promised me they get me my settlement after I heard the ad saying I was like no accident that was not my fault I was not the driver and it happened within a time frame it cost me my time frame he also play cost me my claim with ********************* I had filed for this incident I lost everything my home my company and everything on my bank I want them to be able to help accountable for downtown Law Group cost me my whole life didn't invite for me didn't do nothing for me as they said they were going to do and they cost me everything I want them to be held accountable for

      In 2019 of June I believe I I brought my case to downtown LA law groups for assistance they accepting my case in the beginning everything is going fine til the end of my case being settle my case man told me my case settle for ******* my medical bill was $777,000 I did not want to settle my case I wanted to go to trial and I told my lawyer did not close my case because I have a nerve stimulator in my back which I have a battery I need to be changed 10 years I asked my attorney what about on my battery have to be changed in my back he stated do I have ******** not one time my my lawyer said anything about my part of Life settlements I have to pay for my medical expenses if you would have told me that in the beginning of me agreeing to the settlement he knew I would not have had a agree to it I don't know anything about my part of my settlement you have to pay for my medical expensive my lawyers charge me $250,000 left me with the remaining balance of $300,000 which I have to pay my medical expenses out of that which only left me with $100,000 my lawyer took advantage of me because I was homeless I also filed a complaint with the ***** board what about this law firm and my attorney My Case was **** ***** Vs ********************* ********* ********** I don't know what else to do at this point I need help getting some of my money back from my attorney

      **** ***** my attorney never started that my part will have to pay my medical bills if he would have told me that I would have reject the offer and went to trial that's what I wanted to do go to trial but my lawyers stated that I would not win if I go to trial this is the best offer he can get for me take the offer he never stated that I would have to pay my medical bills out my partner if he had told me that he knew I want to accept the offer and I would have went to trial my attorney misleading me because he knew I was homeless he knew I couldn't read I asked my attorney many of times what is this I'm saying he just said it's nothing I feel so bad that I didn't have anyone to read it for me but what I'm signing my misled me to believe he was on my side for my best interest when that all he was on our for him self yes I did follow lawsuit to try to get some of my money back but I never knew it was stuff you had to take once he filed a lawsuit I never proceeded after that it never went to court I never heard anything about a court date so I left it alone hopefully I can find another way to retrieve my money from my attorney ***** Yaghoubtil knew I couldn't read and I was homeless he figure I was all about money because I was asking for so many loans I was living in my car at the time of my case and I also asked my attorney not to close my case he took it upon himself to close my case without going over anything with me once he close my case he knew once he close my case I couldn't go after the other party or Him once My Case was closed like I said I wanted to go to trial ***** stated I couldn't win .

      I was represented by them and was told to go to treatment to help with my recovery. They didnt pay a doctors office that I went to and now they are calling me to pay them when I was told that the firm would be paying these doctors. I dont have the money to pay and its going to hurt my credit because they said it is going to collections. Ive reached out to them for months and each time Im told Gaudy will reach out to me regarding the issue and I have not heard anything back.

      Hi I been with downtown La law for 7 years now. The issue is that no one calls me back and if they finally do its the runaround on when I will receive my check for my settlement. All my creditors are paid I am just not paid yet. I been given several excuses why I have not received my check but the most recent one is they are lowering my check bill so I can receive more funds when I receive my check, but its been a long time, it does not take a lot of time to just adjust a check I feel like they be hold people checks hostage. I see I am not the only person going through this I just want my check so I can go on with my life and have to keep calling them. If u dont call them they will never call u and thats a fact. So I am currently tired of calling them flu am reaching out to see why are they treating there clients like this and when will they release my money even though everyone else (my bill are paid already)

      I have called multiple times for the past few weeks and everytime i was told the same thing your case manager is not available would you like to request a call back I have several emails saying I will get a call back and I have not been called back. I dont get any updates regarding my claim and I feel like Im purposely being ignored when I have expressed my situation of having to be set back because of my injuries that Downtown la law Group has been fully aware of.
