      *********** was hired on April of 2021 and not been doing his job properly or attending to us in a matter that shows he is. I understand that cases may take longer due to lack of communications but his behavior I feel it necessary to report him. He has failed on numerous occasions to keep us updated on the case whether that be: sending us copies of documents, letting us know of court dates, or general updates regarding the process of the case.

      This person has mistaken my office for another office.  I don't practice contract disputes; I only practice workers' compensation.  I don't represent minors and I have never had a client named *******************  I highly recommend the complainer to triple check and make sure she has the correct attorney's office.

      I am rejecting this response because:as I mentioned the case is under my daughter ************************* and shes a minor in this case.She was involve in a car accident and that is how my husband hired ********************* to represent them as an attorney,unfortunately the lack of communication and professionalism has led me to file a complaint against the firm.

      I am NOT **********************  I am **********************  We don't have anyone named ********************* here.  She has the wrong law firm.  Unfortunately our firm has been mixed up for ************************* for the past few years.  I only practice workers' compensation.  It looks like she didn't do her research online.  According to ************ state bar website, ********************* is ************* of ********************* PC, *********************************************************************************  Please delete/remove this complaint from Chin Law Group.
