    I LOVE Pearl Source!! Ive had several questions so I wrote an email. They replied VERY SOON after! The **** are friendly and helpful. I mentioned one email how much I loved my Freshwater Pearls and looked forward to receiving my earrings and bracelet. The *** took the time to reply and thank me for the kind words! Now WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT THESE DAYS?? The quality of the Pearls is awesome. And you can choose the grade of Pearl you want in your piece. And their prices are great. Def a fan of Pearl Source. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

    I ordered a beautiful strand necklace of hanadama pearls, 7.5-8mm, and theyre exactly as advertised. I bought the same strand from another highly reputable internet jeweler for comparison (and theirs was about $1K More expensive), and pearl sources strand is just as iridescent, shiny, well matched and flawless to the eye. Its less white than the other sites strand, with more hints of rose gold even though I purchased the white overtone pearls, but I still like it (just wouldnt be for you if you were searching for white with silver undertones- like a truer white). Love this necklace, and though I was planning to keep only one necklace, may now keep both. Shipping was fast, box was elegant. Only complaint is the 14K gold and diamond clasp upgrade I chose is hellishly difficult to unfasten without visualizing it. Otherwise, its perfect (and the clasp is quite pretty and substantial- just hard to insert/remove the hook from the clasp).

    I ordered Pearl earrings for my daughter's wedding. She loves them! The quality is wonderful! I love everything about them from how they are elegantly presented in a lovely box to the exquisite quality of the pearls. Thank you Pearl Source you hit a home run!I was also surprised to have received them within a week of ordering!

    Made the mistake of believing the ****************** care woman (******) that the high-end black pearl strand I purchased would arrive within a week, in time for Easter. Was reassured several times this wasnt an issuethey would be here. Five days later they tell me they cannot fill the order in time. My wifes Easter Eggs wont be shipped and get thisthey are closed on Friday, April 7th. Nothing they can dotough luck. They made no effort to make it right (at the very least you would expect some sort of discount as compensation for being mislead and ruining the surprise holiday gift) but noF U very much. I will never try to buy from them againtheir customer service bar is set so low you need a shovel to see it. I am furious with them for placing me in the position. I always come through with nice gifts for my wife and now I have no time to secure a comparable replacement. Does The Pearl Source care? Nope. I got the feeling they tell customers such things frequently enough their staff doesnt feel anything when delivering the awful news. Do not believe them! They lied to me 3 times and stuck it to me good. Now Im dripping in the bovine excrement they delivered by phone. thepearlsource.com is a portal to disappointment and mendacities. Sagacious shoppers should shop elsewhere, youve been warned.
