Returned for refund. They sent me a **** label for return. They received it back on January 17. They will not respond to any of my emails or calls. Hello,I emailed Melinda ***** on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. I left two voicemails as well. When you call, the generated music begins to play, and after a few minutes, their voicemail states, "They're busy." Kindly leave an email or voicemail. Melinda ***** seems to have a straightforward return policy if every item in your order is marked as shipped. I want to send both bracelets back at once. For the remaining four items in my order, however, "not yet shipped" is displayed. As of right now, I can only return one bracelet because it says "shipped". I can begin the return procedure for the extra bracelet if I can get them to update the status of my order.I hope your day is going well. I am reaching out because I need to return two ************** 6.5 ********************* Bracelet Gold 6.5 Julian ** Heart Cuban Chain Bracelet I want to exchange both bracelets for the size 7.5. My order #****** shows that the ********************* bracelet is the only item shipped and delivered, so I cannot finish my return order for both bracelets. Today, Wednesday, January 15, 2025, all five things I ordered arrived. The Julian ** Heart Cuban Chain says "not yet shipped" on my order form, I am unable to return/exchange. Please change the "not yet shipped" status of my order so I can start the return process. I am eager to hear from you! P.S. I adore my (3) other items!I received an automated generated email: Please note due to the holiday rush, we have delayed response times. You can expect a response within 48 hours.Additionally, I would like to add: I am truly dissatisfied with Melinda ******* customer service at this time. All five of my items need to be returned. My husband, after a dropped hint, purchased the N6361GWTCZ18 for our anniversary. It's beautiful but not the size he purchased. He purchased the 18" and received the 16". I just purchased a necklace from Melinda Maria, second one. I need the larger size because the stones flip over on me. The return process is so simple, you just go to their page , Hit return, put in your order number and you receive a bar code to return thru Staples, or *** store. I purchased a necklace from this company and had to return it because it was irritating my neck. I was going to exchange for some earrings. Melinda Maria approved my return as I got the email that my return was approved. I reached out several times and left messages about how I handle the exchange. The amount of my necklace was $88.00 so, I called several times to this organization and left numerous voicemails and even advised I don't just have money to give you for free. Please can someone call me about how to handle my exchange. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. When you call music just comes own and then finally a VM comes on. I feel like I am not going to hear from anyone as I have been blown off. All I want is to process my exchange. I have my receipt Do I recommend this company to anyone? No, I do not. I ordered a love letters double-sided necklace and the total came up to $86.23 after the 10% discount. I read that it should take 4-6 business days for free shipping, but its been 7 days and I still havent received anything. Normally I would assume that there was a problem with shipping and just wait it out for a couple more days but I recently read some of the other complaints about this company and noticed that others were saying that they havent received their order after months so Im not expecting for mine to come anytime soon either.
