Adiamor is great! The best on line shopping and customer service experience I ever had. Caring people who work very hard to fit u to the right diamond that meets your needs and budget. Easy and legit wire transfer payment process. Very fair prices and outstanding quality of merchandise. 10 stars! No need to shop elsewhere. Cant check if the diamond you get are the same as the diamond certificates. Even they themselves couldnt find and read to the *** numbers when I took my ring to their LA office! The point of buying *** diamonds is to know that you got what youre promised. But, in my case, I may be wearing something worth thousands of dollars or $25!Review from Neta P

My husband ordered an engagement ring from Adiamor for our first wedding anniversary, and I couldnt be happier. The ring is absolutely stunning ,and I receive compliments every time I wear the ring. The design process was simple, and we had a great experience working with ***** and ***. They were very nice, professional and great to work with. They had a quick turnaround, and the ring arrived with a beautiful packaging and included all of the necessary documentation. We took the ring for an appraisal, and the Appriser confirmed the stats of the diamond and ring, and was very impressed with the high quality of the ring. I highly recommend Adiamor and I also love their name: *** (means jewelry in Hebrew) and Amor (means love), as this company truly love jewelry and love helping their clients in order to produce the perfect jewelry.Review from Mike C

I couldnt figure out what to get my wife for our 10 year anniversary and had been seeing prices all over the place but, never as low as Adiamor. I decided on a pair of lab created diamond earrings. They really are the same thing and, I paid a fraction of what it would cost if, they were sourced from a different spot because they are real. They are also GIA ********** I felt so relaxed with their team who guided me through a hard day process. The process of making the best decision for my pocket. I really cant say enough about how extraordinary this company is. They set themselves apart from their competitors because, they valued my time and, were always there to help when I called. Payment process was very straight forward! The customer service response was awesome. I received a call nearly right after, from a lovely lady, (I can't remember her name) just to confirm everything with me and what to expect. I received follow up emails to any questions I had from **** and ***. Beautiful Adiamor packaging as well. The shipping was tracked fully, and the shipping box was discreet with no give aways to ruin any surprises. Their selection and pricing was the best around that I could find online. I was a bit nervous to order online, but they assured me and it turned out fantastic. Thank you! Highly recommend. They made this very easy and enjoyable.Review from Pamela L

Absolutely love the ring my husband chose. I was looking at a simple halo ring and he picked out a three stone halo which turned out gorgeous! I originally wanted a square cushion cut for the center but after my original stone was unavailable, ***** and **** found us others to choose from and suggested a rectangular cushion cut with the same color, cut and clarity that worked much better with the chosen ring. I cannot say enough about Adiamore. Their prices beat EVERYONE, from brick and mortar to online stores. Their products are fabulous and their customer support was fantastic. I highly recommend Adiamore and will use them for any future jewelry purchases. They are that good!Review from Catherine K

***, the store owner, called after me and my husband made a purchase on my account for an eternity wedding band. He accused me of making a fraudulent purchase on my husband's card. I was devastated and my husband was angry. *** reluctantly apologized, but was really not sorry. This was the wedding ring I wanted for three months and *** destroyed that experience. He had my husband's phone number but decided to call me thinking he would catch a thief. This was the worst experience I have ever had. *** could of called my husband and confirmed if he had made a purchase, which would have been the correct and positive course of action, but chose to be stupid and create animosity, resentment, and mistrust. Unfortunately, *** lost a future customer.Review from Lori F

I will be receiving my anniversary ring setting from Adiamor later this week but wanted to share that their customer service team is beyond helpful, professional, and eager to help in every way- from providing information about the details of anything in their inventory to giving advice on ring size when you're in-between sizes!! They have made the process smooth as they understood our reservations about purchasing online, and the reassurance that they will stand behind their workmanship and make sure we're happy when all is said & done has left us quite impressed!! Carly in particular has been so very helpful & knowledgeable. Especially considering I had several modifications as I'm re-setting my center stone. So, thanks again, to the team at Adiamor. We are looking forward to getting the completed design and will be happy to work with them on future jewelry projects!!!
