    I placed an order over 10 days ago and it has no shipped and I've received no notification or update. I've tried multiple times to get in contact with them and no one responds. I also paid for shipping, which should be refunded because it did not ship within the window. I just want to have my order cancelled at this point.

    I ordered over $400 worth of pillows (which they ALSO charge over $40 of shipping for) over two weeks ago and they STILL haven't shipped. I've called and emailed and can't get a response. They had the audacity to send me an email to rate my customer service experience even though THEY NEVER RESPONDED to my inquiry. Do better!!!

    This goes beyond poor customer service. It is a clear scam done by Lulu & Georgia to get rid of a defective product without public notification of any issues.I bought their Moroccan Flatweave Rug, Black and Natural, by ************************* ******, in February 2023. The first many pages of reviews had only excellent comments about the rug and the price, during a holiday, had substantially dropped. There was no mention that the productive was defective, though. More specifically, large brown stains start appearing on the rug a few weeks after purchase and just become progressively worse. I spoke to them via chat and they pretended not to know about it. They said there was nothing they could do past 60 days and recommended professional cleaning. I spoke to the designer, who also said she knew nothing about it. I was very sad to notice latter that many, many reviews on the **** and Georgia website that go back to 2021 and are coincidentally not shown in the first multiple pages of reviews mentioned spontaneous brown spots on this rug. I bought it in 2023. One of the reviews mentions that having it professionally cleaned did not remove the brown spots. Again, this rug had a dramatic price drop, described as sale, encouraging people to buy it, with no disclosure that this was, in fact, a defective item. A way to get rid of a problematic rug, so much that it is now sold out. Im shocked by this behavior from a vendor that does not have cheap products and I used to respect.They are now offering me a $260 credit store and that's it, which goes along with this lack of this store's respect for its consumers.

    I ordered a almost 3k piece of art that said it shipped in 2-3 weeks. It has now been almost 2 months and I'm being told maybe it will ship this week. For the past month I've been told each week it will ship. The excuse is the vendor but I paid and placed my order with Lulu and Georgia (who by the way already charged me in full for goods still not received). This company is a scam. I will be disputing it with my credit card.

    I placed an online order #XXXXXX on January 11th for two decorative pillows for the living room sofa. Ten seconds after I purchased the pillows I thought I should really wait until I purchase the area rug that would be placed in front of the sofa. I went to cancel the order and found out I was unable to. ( most companies allow at least 30 minutes to cancel an order). I thought O.K. the items must be ready to ship immediately...it's been one week and I have not received any shipping confirmation. To make matters worse, there is not a contact number to reach a representative. I did send an email to their customer service asking when my pillows would be shipped and received a generic response. My credit card was already charged (most companies wait until the item has shipped). I just want my pillows!
    I will never again order from this company again. I had made a list of items I planned on purchasing from LuLu and Georgia including the 8 X 10 Rina area rug...I tore the list and trashed it

    I am unsure how a business operates without providing any way for customers to speak with the company.

    I ordered and item nearly $2,000 and paid $250 for a white glove delivery. The item has been sitting in a warehouse for weeks. Only until I complained via a customer service form did anyone attempt to resolve. Mind you this was after I sent an email, and was told 24 hours later the email was not monitored. Then I tried a phone number, was also met with a message indicating the line was not monitored. Eventually I was pushed off to the shipping company. Now I'm being told I have to wait an additional week due to other priority orders. Hardly white glove delivery.

    The worst part is there is zero way to actually speak with anyone at **** and Georgia. Must be nice to hide from hard conversations and guard yourself from your customer base.

    Needless to say, I will never purchase from them again. For the prices they charge I should be able to speak to someone when I haven't received my item as promised.

    We ordered a solene platform bed in March, it listed a wait time of 3-4 months. Due to missing parts and whatever else, the bed was delivered after 7 months. After all this, the bed is delivered with just the sideboards, headboard, and footboard. None of the internal beams or slats to support the mattress. The bed I've received is not usable and there is no way to contact this company by phone. I want a refund for this $2000+ bed and for them to come get it out of my house. This bed is also no longer listed on their website, which makes me wonder if this is a known issue that they're choosing not to address.

    I placed a second order with **** and georgia. I specifically said I do not want this bed if it's not here by a specific date and to cancel the order if it will not be here in time. Two days after i placed the order and sent the email, their customer rep emailed me back saying their policy is the item cannot be returned or canceled, but the website clearly shows "non-returnable", nothing about non-cancelable. The first bed was **** the second was ****. This is shameful they have such disregard and clearly manipulative phrasing on their website - buyers beware.
