      I would never recommend this company. The are brokers with no real knowledge on this business. We provided full docs needed to get pre approved including 4 months bank statements. They FULLY APPROVED the loan. Then came back with a bunch of rigamarole saying the income was inconsistent - SO HOW do you approve a loan knowing prior the income is inconsistent. No someone made a mistake somewhere and came up with the most bogus reasoning the debt a loan. We met all income requirements. The min income was only 5k and we bring in 13k per month. So you tell me how was this loan not approved. A bunch of incompetent people.
