I am a current customer with **********************. I was looking to make a purchase using CreditKey this morning and then changed my mind because the purchase was too much. They however, put the charge through to my checking account in the amount of ******. I called my bank and they said I have to wait 3 to 5 days to dispute; I will need to call back. I called creditkey and they said the charge will fall off in 3 to 5 days. However, my account has still be debited and will cause insufficient funds to other payments I have pending. I am so totally frustrated. I was only window shopping and they put the charge through without authorization. That's fraud.

On 6/26/23, I was notified that my credit application request was denied. I saw the company name was wrong, so I reached out to see why it was denied. I suspected it was due to incorrect company information, as the application was first done by another business partner and he was denied (I had reached out via chat for me to be used, but I did not know incorrect business information had been used). I was told that it was denied due to me not meeting eligibility, but I meet ALL requirements listed in CreditKey's eligibility under **********************************************************************************************************************************************************. I received the Adverse Action Letter and it states the sole reason for me being denied: "Guarantor does not meet credit eligibility". I thought AAN letters would need to SPECIFY WHY an application was denied? I will try to get somewhere with customer support, but given my experience I doubt it, so I am filing this as a way to solve this because it is highly unfair.
