I purchased this monitoring device for a target phone that never worked. I received sporadic assistance from the technical team after trying to get a refund. Their website boasts a 30 day money back guarantee - I requested a refund within 3 days of purchasing (after trying to make it work) and they still REFUSE to give a refund. I paid for a year subscription $109.99 that didnt EVER work. Then after not hearing from them for a week and multiple emails, they tried to start the tech support process over again giving the same instruction they had previously. I paid for the 1 year plan for monitoring***************** It says on their website that it is able to monitor********. Once you download it onto your computer, it actually doesn't monitor all on ****** only on ******* phones. Then you download the app and it won't work unless you buy their phone. Their customer service is a chatbot and cannot help you because they are also in some other country. It does say 30 day refund on their website but then when you ask for the refund, they say your refund is only if you fulfilled every item on their list, not just the 30 day. Also, their website states it only takes 5 minutes to download the program onto your computer. It took me 2 hours and I gave up. I asked for a refund the next day and they refused because my reasons didn't fulfill all of their refund policies. Also, since they are in another country, they are closed on Friday in the US.Initial Complaint

I paid $109 on 5/31/2021 for 1yr protection on my daughters cell phone. The video I'd watched and the policies I'd seen all showed it working for an iPhone. When I'd purchased and was able to get to the product, suddenly it is only for a computer and there is no app. I cannot use something like this. Additionally, their policy stated that if I were to be unsatisfied with the product, I could cancel within 30 days. Suddenly they state that this is not true and changed their policy when emailing me, stating that they will try to fix the issue. I do not want a product that has this many issues already. This was false advertising, a scam, and they were quick to take money but not so easy to solve any issues.Business response
