    In May 2024, my wife used the product, The One Purple Shampoo, and unfortunately, it left significant purple stains in our bathtub (see the attached photo)We have attempted to remove the stains using various cleaning supplies but have been unsuccessful. These stains are causing cosmetic damage to our bathroom and are a persistent issue.In my initial email to the business on 5/14/2024, I requested advice for removing the stains. I haven't received a response yet, so I sent a letter via **** on 5/28/2024 and requested a solution. So far, there hasnt been any response from the company.

    I purchased Kristin Ness NANOBlack 3 in One Flat Iron from an approved distributor, ULTA on December 14, 2022 and have the receipt. There is a 2 year warranty on the product, yet no one from ********************* will respond to my emails, some email get kicked back, and there is no phone number anywhere to be found - not shocking! This a $100 flat iron and I have never in all my years had one break in a 14 month window. It *********** not turn on, it is poorly made, very disappointed.

    I fell in love with this companys products and have used them religiously for three years. My wife has been using them religiously for two. In the past month, we have realized that she has the same balding pattern as I have. We thought it was my health, and I even got stem cell injections to correct it, but they didnt work. After seeing my wifes balding pattern matching mine, we put the pieces together and realized it was the products. The damage according to my specialist, the damage is most likely permanent. I contacted the company to offer us up to figure out what it is to stop it from happening to other people. No response. We are in our thirties and have unrepairable damage because of these products. The mental health damage is bad. I work from home now so nobody has to see my hair I never leave the house. Please make this right.

    I purchased the copper ***** gloss in September 2022, I applied the gloss to my hair with the understanding that the box said it would not alter my natural color and would wash out in about 8 weeks. I sent a message along with photos to customer support. They didn't reply after the initial message. It's January 2023 and my hair is still red from this "gloss". I'm now having to pay to get my hair corrected because this was not temporary like it said. Super frustrating.
