Online reservation for 15 seater van 10/16/23 but appeared 10/18 /23 to my. Ank statement. Pick up date was 0800@11/09/23 I was not given a booking confirmation to my email ***************** for the reservation but still went to the location of where it was given by my phone map because the website dont show any location or phone number so I relied to my phone but the business wasnt there its at *********************************************************** but theres no Airport van rental business exist in the location, I called my bank and gave me another location in 9750 airport blvd *********** ** ***** but it was an empty lot and looks like a close buklding not wven a sign of any AVR business operating there . In short I couldnt locate them, their phone that time only automated voice saying pick up at the remote location,goodbye no answer at all like its not a working phone. And charged me as no show to pick up the Van and get the money from bank. This business are operationg online getting peoples money, giving better prices for their rentals but no known location or no existing location to get the service /rental. Fraud. This business need to get investigated before scamming more people.
