    To start bought a brand new printer, not even one full tank of ink and the printer quick working. called customer service and have been fighting with them to get a warranty replacement. We are told no charge, but then have either provide a card number and they hold money (aka Charge) or we have to buy a box. beware buying anything from Epson customer service and quality longevity of equipment is not there. I get tired of here we understand and apologize but there is little to no resolution.

    I bought a Epson WF 2950 printer and have never been able to use it is defective and Epson wanted to send me to a tech and charge me to help with drivers . I explained to him that it connects but doesn't print ink correctly. its new ink and very faded in all colors

    I have a large format F570 printer that ended up getting a clog in the printer. It was still warranty - they hit me with the Hold of 1737 on the ************ overnight you a printer, or send it back and we'll send you a replacement once we get it back. I did the 2nd option which took about 2 weeks. Get the printer open it up and BOOM, guess what it now says there is a paper jam. Called in for service and we troubleshooted and I gave her the error code-motor that spins paper is not working properly. I feel since they sent me a defective device, they should have made the exception to send me a printer overnight and then I return the printer. This is how I make my money and now I have to try and spend extra because of yall's error. ****** at corporate was very rude and negative and understood nothing, simply said well maybe something happened between it leaving the warehouse and shipping. And again that is not my fault. Basically saying either deal with it or not-needless to say I will not buy another Epson printer 1 and done.

    Ink would not flow into the tank. Instead, and after several attempts, it was noticed that ink was leaking from the bottom of the printer. The tank had been successfully filled in the past and the same person was replenishing the ink tank. New bottles were purchased but the same result. Tanks are obviously in need of re-filling. Printer is barely one month out of warranty.

    Company customer service is severely lacking. Not very helpful. Was given the line that they were very busy, and, that I would be called back. Took my info. Never received a call. Their printer products are unreliable with WiFi connectivity. I ended up resolving my own issue. Unfortunately involves more steps than required. And again, my all in one printer does not always connect to my WiFi. Printer is within 5 feet of my WiFi modem/router too. Never will purchase any of their products again.

    BUYERS BEWARE!!! Whatever you do, do NOT buy any of their products. Their products are TERRIBLE quality, do not last, and they have no real customer service.

    I purchased ink for my epson workforce printer over 3 months ago. The ink seems to be faulty (won't load) and the company has yet to resolve the problem.

    After working for a few years, my Epson multi-function printer suddenly could not recognize a new ink cartridge. Epson "support" was useless. After responding to my initial query, they ignore my followup questions. I replaced the ink cartridge, and it seemed to work, but then refused to recognize another cartridge which still had ink in it. Contacting the company once again received no response.I will get rid of this printer and buy one from a company with better customer support, like H-P.

    Epsons Customer Service Failed Me Lost Printer, No Resolution Im extremely disappointed with Epson's handling of my printer return for repairs. I sent back my WorkForce WF-3640 AIO Printer (Serial Number: **********, and it was marked as received on February 18.However, I never got any email, text, or call about the delivery. When I reached out, Epson claimed the printer was delivered but I never received it. The ***** tracking number they provided included photos as "proof of delivery," but the images showed no clear indication that it was delivered to my ********** make things worse, I was stuck in a game of ping-pong between Epson and *****, each telling me to contact the other. Neither took accountability. Epson refused to file a claim because more than 7 days had passed even though I wasnt notified of the delivery in the first place.The worst part? The Epson customer service agent I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive, implying this situation was somehow my fault. I followed every step correctly, but now Im left without my printer and no support.Epsons handling of this situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted them with my product, but they failed me. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat customers no one deserves this kind of runaround.

    Epson is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My first call, I spoke to a US customer service ***. *** waited until I explained that I was calling about a recently updated firmware that prevents me from using 3rd party ink and being able to print. *** put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and was picked up overseas. I asked to be transferred to a US ***resentative. The overseas *** kept putting me on hold, asking me a question, telling me I was getting transferred, put me on hold for a minute, picked back up and said, "one moment, you are being transferred," and put that on ***eat at least one more time before I asked her if she was having fun and let her know that epson has the worst score for customer service and she was helping that score. No ********* ****** VIP service here!
