  It included valerian root which I didn't know ahead of time and it was a little stale upon opening, but overall a great product!

  Our college son has enjoyed these products, especially ******. As mom who orders, I've had a disappointing experience with expiration dates being short lived on multiple bottle orders. I was refunded without issues. The ****** seem to take longer for delivery; not sure why. Overall, our son has been very pleased and let's me know when I need to reorder.

  Cloudy has great customer service. There packages arrive right on time and the eye mask is so soft. I would recommend buying from Cloudy I definitely will again.

  Flavor depends on the pen obviously but overall good - ok. You don’t want it to be really good because these are medical and you do not want to overload on these.
  Shipping is from ok - really bad. They ran out of focus diffusers and I waited months, which I do not remember them warning me before I paid.
  I own the Melatonin and focus diffusers.
  Melatonin is lavender, and although I normally hate lavender I actually like this one. It isn’t too strong.
  Focus is really strong. It sticks out and is more on the tolerable side of flavors. Work needs to be done here, but I’m no scientist so it probably smells the way it does because it is legit herbs and not some chemical formula. Don’t let this stop you from trying it.
  Don’t listen to people say that it does or doesn’t work, because everyone’s body works differently and utilizes certain ingredients different than others. I don’t know of any tell-tale signs of knowing how it will work for you.
  Keep in mind that these are legitimate medical devices and not toys. I would not use any of these more than so many times, especially Melatonin because it can be dangerous (melatonin overdose).
