On May 13, 2022 Millers ** installed a new ****** central air conditioning system in my home. By July 6, 2022, the system stopped cooling. A technician came to my home in July 2022 and said that there was a refrigerant leak. Between July 6, 2022 and April 11, 2022 technicians had to come to my home at least nine times because of repeat refrigerant leaks. The owner of the company never came to my home to inspect the system or contact me by phone or email regarding the refrigerant leaks. I was never given copies of any work orders. But during one technicians visit, he put all the work orders he had on a table in my home. While he was working out back, I took pictures of the work orders and saved them to my phone. I also entered detailed notes of what the technician did and what he said on my phones calendar each time a technician visited. I called Millers in April 2023 to check the refrigerant level before summer. The system leaked refrigerant again. I asked if ***********************, the owner was in the office. I was told he was on vacation and would be back in the office on Monday, April 17, 2023. I called Millers on 4/17/23 and was told he was not in the office, but might be in the next day. I want Millers to remove the ** system they installed, and refund my money. Since I will need to install another ** system with another company, I also want Millers to pay the difference in price if the new system is more expensive than the system they installed. Also, I was not able to upload scans of my calendar notes since the file was too big.

Thank you for your email.  Millers Air Conditioning did come to my home to do whats called an isolation test. This entails removing the refrigerant from the system and then pumping nitrogen into the system to test the ** condenser, line sets, and coil for leaks.
Then refrigerant is pumped back into the system when the testing is completed.  Since then, we have used the ** system a couple of times for only a few hours for a day or two.  We wont know if there are any more leaks until it gets really hot , and we use the system all day for multiple days.

I was in touch with ****** customer service.   They make the ** condenser and coil.  I requested that my parts and labor warranty be transferred to another ** installer.   However, they made it sound like Im pretty much stuck with Millers **.  I plan on contacting ****** again next week about that.  I do not want Millers ** to continue to service my system.  I am not happy with their service.

    Thank you for your help,
